Waffle House — Restaurant in Louisiana

Never had an issue with quality of food.. But almost every single time I've tried to call in an order to go, I get put on hold than hung up on. It's obvious the servers that answer the phone could care less about the to go orders because they "assume" they won't get a tip. I have literally tried on 3 occasions to call in an order with the same result. If my rating were based solely on the friendliness of the staff, I would give them a solid "10". But unfortunately there is other criteria that needs to be considered. The settings are definitely not Covid friendly. The table was wiped off with only a damp rag before we sat down and the silverware were not in a protective sleeve or covering and were handled directly by staff members. The table sizes may be sufficient for anorexic teenagers but are definitely not made for large adults (bearing in mind that this is the South where big people outnumber skinny people by far). Purchased an order early morning. Got to work & noticed it was incorrect, called back spoke to speak someone to let them know the order was incorrect. When I called back the following week to get it they seemed to not know what I was talking about even after describing the chic that I spoke to. The two clowns I spoke with seem to be incompetent.
