My husband on the app 2 queso burger meals with queso fries and two large chocolate frosties, instead of the telling us they ran out of the queso cheese for the fries, they just handed us regular fries and sealed the bag with three sticker and tried not telling us anything! Would be a lot less mad if they said "hey we're out of queso is regular fries ok?" Then we were waiting for our frostys and at 9:30 pm (3 and a half hour till they close) and they already emptied the Frosty machine, and the MOD had the nerve to tell us they're out of chocolate but had strawberry and then ask for us to pull into the parking lot and they'll bring them out, I pulled so I could see into the drive thru window still and saw the MOD tell some poor kid who just came out of the back to come tell me he already emptied the machine for the night. But you can't comment without at least a 1 star rating. I stood at the counter long enough to be noticed by several employees but no one approached or acknowledged me! Seriously, I was the only person at the counter waiting to order. These employees have no work or personal ethics. The rudest place I have ever been to in a very long time. Thankfully I walked out because if the service is that bad I hate to taste the food there. If you don't like where you work or the service industry then please stop working in it and give someone who would appreciate a paying job a chance. Read moreThis location is pathetic. They don't deserve 1 star. First visit I paid for 2 doubles. When I unwrapped them they were 2 singles. 2nd visit I used loyalty points for a chicken sandwich. I realized it wasn't in the bag. I asked about it. They asked for the bag back. The app took my points, but the manager said the sandwich wasn't on the receipt so she wouldn't make it. She also said if I order from the app that the store isn't responsible. When I got home (I shouldn't have trusted them from the previous visit) I realized the 2 sandwichs that I did get were on rock hard buns. Also, when they went thru the bag looking for the sandwich I told them was missing they dumped all the fries and nuggets out of their containers and they were at the bottom of the bag.
PS-Yall need to take the frosty off the menu if the employees can't be bothered to clean...
