Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Louisville

Drive-through girl rang my order wrong when I asked for a manager to correct it. The same drive-through Girl had a nasty attitude whilst handling my food. Her and the staff were looking and laughing at me through the window. Unacceptable behavior. I was not rude. I said please and thank you the entire time I was there so being treated that way because they had something Wrong is actually ridiculous. It was a simple fix. When I checked my order to see if everything was correct. I didn’t order extra ranch so i wait for her to turn around and While her back was turned, several of the staff members watch me wave for attention and It took them more than a few minutes just for her to Come back to the window to ask me with the same nasty attitude what I needed. I asked for the ranch she said that’s gonna be .89c. Then proceeded to take her time while talking and laughing with the Staff to bring me said extra ranch. I don’t frequent this location and probably will continue not to visit as this made it impossible to eat the food i was given. Its just fast food, but kindness is free. I hope that she learns some professionalism...

I went there a couple days ago got two orders of biscuits and gravy they only had three workers and still had to stand in line forever and wait on my order and the lady since you had people calling in but that's not our fault the person in the kitchen kept walking past the food that was up there on top to be handed out back and forth to the driver window never offer anybody on the front counter their food so that's crazy in our food wasn't that hot anyways especially biscuits and gravy that's very sad and I was an employee from the one in Meade County I know once you see Foods up your post two handed out if it's on Frontline not walk from Frontline to drive through window and look at everybody on Frontline and not hand out nothing that's very sad so they only have a couple people working don't waste your time going there because your food will be cold I'm very...

Rude shift lead, very rude. My mother gave a 50 dollar bill and we ordered a 3 dollar meal so we should have got about 46 bucks back but the employee gave us 40 back. I went in and asked for our change but the shift lead was very rude to me. Saying her drawer was right so then I asked the employee directly and she said right in front of the shift lead she only counted 40 dollars yet the shift lead stayed firm and mean. Saying she wasn't just gonna just give me money. In the end she took my phone number to give to her GM named Samantha. And she gave me a 5 dollar bill, I just don't understand why she was so mean to me.
