This was the second time I've had this particular Dunkin Donuts and that was only by chance. I was at a meeting that had gotten a couple dozen for the whole group and ALL of them were dry and just awful. I honestly couldn't believe a brand new franchise, 1. was serving such awful product 2. was allowing such awful product to go out in such a large quantity took a risk of so many people having their word of mouth, to spread the review of that new location. Everyone knows word of mouth is the best marketing there is. I had to go back on my own and see if it was a fluke, or if this was how they were sending out most donuts. Today I got a breakfast sandwich, sourdough, eggs and bacon and it was pretty good. The bread was barely toasted and it was something I could have made from home, but with a $5 price point, was a good size. I also got a jelly donut, and sadly, nothing had changed. It was HORRIBLE; dry, and a waste of calories. I honestly CAN NOT believe they are sending out donuts this... 🤔.... BLAH!! There is no other word. Just yuck.
For a place that literally has "donuts" in their name, they should have that part of their menu...
Read moreIncredibly disrespectful. I never leave reviews as I am not one to want to ruin someone elses day, however ive never felt more disrespected in a drive thru interaction. I already had waited very long before I was serviced, and overheard them through the speaker being out of pretty much everything- food wise at the very least. However when I pulled up to the window i was met with a girl about 19-22 years old. She repeated my order back to me without looking, and as soon as she saw me she said “ooooh..” and looked me up and down with a cocky smile. I have horrible social anxiety and never treat myself to breakfast. Its safe to assume I will not be going back. I hope everyone else she deals with today does not experience the same resction. Read moreThis is my first time at the new location since it opened. I have been a fan of Dunkin since the 80s But the only reason for this review is for your team member Scott. This guy knows what customer service looks like. He talked to the customers like they were a personal friend. He suggested items, helped where he could, Made jokes and personally just made my day better. This guy should be running his own store. He definitely knows what it means to work in customer service.
