Indi's Fast Food — Restaurant in Louisville

The customer service from here is horrible. This is my very 1st and last time coming to this restaurant. I looked online to check the hours of operation and according to google, they are open until 11pm every night except Sunday. The woman taking the order said "all we have is a 18 wings do you want that". I politely said no. She proceeded to tell me "have a goodnight". I don't understand it because, they sell more than just chicken according to the menu. I asked her what her name was and she refused to give it to me. I asked what a peg leg was, because I really had no idea. She remained silent. If I have a question then I should receive an answer, it's as simple as that. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had in my life with fast food restaurants. I am on the hunt for the Owners' contact information because there needs to be something done about the horrible customer service I have experienced. There was a guy who claimed to be the manager and owner but I don't believe that, not even for a second. Does anyone know who the owner is and how I can...

The young lady that took my order today was not customer friendly in my opinion....She rushed me through my order for 4 people...everytime I said an item for my order I'm asked with a fake nice, impatient, aggravated "is that it?....I should have left then.....Then a gentleman that was before me, came back in unhappy with his food because it was not hot, I'm sure he wanted something else, but he was only offered a refund with alot of attitude...Then as I'm leaving I hear a comment.... "I can't take all this hatred in the west-end!" But if you ask me....The customers probably have walked in to hate when she is there working...I always go to that Indi's and never in my life have i received that type of service nor seen anyone be treated that way as I saw today....Might want to check yourself boo! I buy their Pink Lemonade by the gallons, I noticed it started tasting WATERED DOWN I called and stated this to them. On that day I brought 3 gallons and was very disappointed, didn't take it back was told night shift was the blamed. Next time I brought 1 gallon and it was perfect, thought it was settled until today. To my surprised I brought 1 gallon on the hottest day, was looking forward to a glass of good ole cold pink lemonade, damnit it was WATERED DOWN, try to call them no answer. My mind it totally made up, if I want lemonade do it the ole fashioned way, make it yourself. I know I'm only one drop in in the bucket, but quess what this one drop is going to save some money and do it myself.
