Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Louisville

Went in to get pizza gave a $50 the guy said I dont know if I can accept this i stated it's almost 4pm I know you all done made $35 that's what my change would have been so he went to the back and said something to I guess a manager of some sort (young guy could not have been more than 25 or26) so the guy who was in the back came and said naw I can't give you change i took my money as I proceed to put my money in my purse I hear the manager or whoever it was say I hate when people come in here with a $50 and it says on the door we dont accept them. So me stooping down to there yell DONT BE TALK SHIT IN THE BACK WITH THE CUSTOMER STILL IN HERE!! I know I was wrong for doing that because like I said the guy was young he is a child to me but don't talk crap about people who is coming to do business with you. Not gonna stop going here but they need to work on their customer...

I ordered 3 classic hot and ready pepperoni pizzas...I specifically asked for extra cheese and for all 3 pizzas to be WELL DONE .I was told it would be 20 minutes....as I'm waiting I'm looking at my receipt and didn't see no charge for the extra cheese and didn't see the WELL DONE on my receipt as well...so I went back to the register and asked the cashier if I was getting exactly what Iordered as far as Extra cheese and being well done....Her Reply was YES....By the time i got home 20 minutes later my Pizzas DID NOT have extra cheese and was not WELL DONE.....I PROCEEDED to call and spoke with the same young lady that took my order. ...said that she told whoever was making it to make it just like I requested.. so as I'm writing this I got the pizza in my home oven🤬...IM VERY LIVID !!!!!! I WILL MOST DEFINITELY WILL NOT BE BACK...100 PERCENT...

I've never left a google review until now because this could not go without saying. I work 3rd shift so i stopped by early not knowing opening hours around 10:30AM I went to the door noticed they did not open until 11:00AM and started to head back towards my car when a young man (employee) opened the door and stopped me and asked what I wanted I told him "sorry, i didnt know you all weren't open yet. I was wanting a cheese pizza." He insisted "Come on in i'll get that for you." This may not sound like much but it's nice to see such a friendly face helping a customer when he didn't have to at all. Being a former fast food manager it's hard to come across nice employees like this who go above and beyond. I have been going to little caesars for years and will definitely continue. This is also a very clean and nice place with now a eat in area which is new to...
