tried to find a menu online and was unable to so we called and they told us to go are there Facebook page after scrolling their Facebook page searching and searching for a menu we finally found one a little bit pricey but we thought we'd go ahead and try it I called that place an order a family pk with a few upgrades & dessert , they give me a price which is way more then it should be based on their menu they directed me to when I had just called. So she asked the owner to get on the phone with me the same person I spoke with the moments earlier precedes to tell me that's an old menu the prices have gone up . Had I been the owner I would have honored the price I directed my potential new regulars to and took the old menu off my Facebook page before it happened again. totally lost my business! the owner seemed very cocky not concerned of customer...

Food is always spot on, but the service is always awful and I hate that because I want this local business to succeed. We’ve ordered the last two weekends in a row. Last weekend through door dash. Order was completely wrong. Short items, wrong or missing side orders. This weekend we did a pick up order. and when we arrived at the time they said our order would be ready, there was no order at all. Was told they gave it to someone else ? I truly want this business to succeed. I love supporting a small local spot. Even more so because they make the best wings in Louisville….. not sure what to think at this point. This was my first and last time eating here, first off they had us wait 20 minutes for 10 wings. Secondly, they only gave us the 70 cent wing deal on half the order, and when i asked the employee why they did that she told me i had to ask for the deal instead of them automatically doing so, so i asked if they could fix it and they said they couldnt because i didnt "order it that way" and she said she asked me if i wanted the deal when i first ordered and she said that i said no... who would say no to something like that?
