McDonald’s Drive-Thru Experience – Disappointing Sunday Visit I usually visit this McDonald’s location several times a week, as I live just a short walk away (about 950 feet). My experiences are typically fine, but I’ve consistently noticed issues during Sunday afternoons and evenings, and today was unfortunately no exception. Today, I went through the drive-thru and ordered the $5 meal for my autistic son, as it's one of his preferred meals. After receiving the order, I checked the bag and noticed that the buffalo sauce packet was already ripped open. Concerned about food safety and cleanliness—especially given my son’s specific dietary needs—I turned around and went inside to speak with a manager. At the counter, I was initially met with resistance from a female employee. Unfortunately, name badges are never worn at this location, so I wasn’t able to identify her. After insisting on speaking with a lead or manager, a male employee approached and identified himself as the manager. I explained the situation, but his response felt dismissive. He told me he had placed the sauce in the bag himself and hadn’t noticed anything wrong with it. When I asked how he missed that the packet was visibly ripped open, he simply repeated the same explanation without offering any resolution or apology. Disappointed by the lack of accountability and customer service, I left without the issue being resolved. As a regular customer, I expect better care and attention—especially when it comes to the safety and quality of food being served. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and leads to improved service and communication, particularly during Sunday shifts. This location has potential, but consistency and customer care need to be addressed.

I first went in to use the restroom and wash my hands. Someone had went in there and smeared fecies on the toilet seat and stuck toilet paper to the walls. It also looked like they smeared it on the sink as well. I came out and stood at the counter for 15 minutes until some Hispanic lady came up and stated "no oda today. You use machine" which I gathered she was telling me that I had to place the order myself at the kiosk. So I responded with "I don't work here, it is not my job to place an order. She just stood there at the register staring at me. She then started laughing and said something in Spanish that sounded like chenga to Madre. I'm not sure what that means but it seemed like a curse word. I asked for a manager and she just kept laughing and saying the same thing. Í then turned around and left. I started thinking about this placing your own order stuff and it occurred to me that would be the same thing as if my car broke down and I called a tow truck. The tow driver shows up and says "go ahead and load your own car up. Let me know when you're done". I don't think McDonald's is that good of a place to eat anyways so I don't think it's going to hurt my feelings not to ever visit again.

Honestly my standards are never high for fast food restaurants but my husband and I were served EXPIRED food a few nights ago. We both ordered chicken items which were questionable and tasted old. LITTLE DID I KNOW, I’d be biting into an apple pie 10 minutes later that had sat out for more than 8 hours before I *regrettably* purchased. I ordered them at 7:36PM and the “enjoy by” says 11:24AM. The pie filling literally stuck to my teeth after breaking through the rock hard crust. I wish I had seen the “Enjoy by” label prior to “enjoying”. Seriously?! I cannot believe those apple pies sat all day long and not a single employee noticed or cared to discard them. I worked fast food for years. I get it, stuff happens. But this is inexcusable. I’m glad I didn’t break a tooth. Get it together Outerloop McDonalds.

I am officially fed up with this McDonald’s. It has been issued after issue. This is the most convenient one because I live right behind it. I have given them so many chances. I emailed in to customer service maybe a month ago maybe even a little more because every time I order curbside pick up, they don’t bring my order out well the very last time I got fed up and was sitting there for over 30 minutes waiting on my curbside order to come out meet and along with three other cars, all of us inside at the same time to see where our curbside orders were and they were just sitting there on the counter and they were just too lazy to bring them outside so the lady turned around and hand in my food and I say so, is it Cold now since it’s been sitting there for 30 minutes and she says to me, I don’t know why don’t you check it so I email customer service about this also that same day when she handed me my order which was in fact cold I was missing half of my order some guy from the customer service emails me and tells me there’s someone they are trying to fix all their customer service issues and he’s so sorry to let him know if I have any more issues even tell me he’s going to mail me coupons to replace my order. He didn’t offer this. I had to ask what about my missing items he emailed me back and said what’s your address and I’ll mail you coupons to replace the whole order. It’s been a month and a half. No coupons have been received today. I just ordered an apple juice for my daughter smoothies. There was no one else in the drive-through besides me when I got to the window after paying they asked me to pull forward for two drinks. I sat there and waited for them to bring two drinks out to my car for over 10 minutes I stopped counting after 10 because I was just over it and pissed the girl. Finally brings my drinks out on a drink carrier with two straws and one of the straws flies off because of the wind she stands there and looks at the straw as if she doesn’t wanna pick it up and then proceeds to say to me do you want that straw and I said yes I want that straw. I have two drinks so I need to straws her teeth and picked up the straw if she didn’t want to pick it up I would’ve happily got to pick it up. I’m over the constant customer service issues here missing food quality of food you pay for items. You don’t get them then their management or customer service or whoever it is tells you they’re gonna fix it and they never do I hate to leave a bad review, but this is just Ridiculous at this point,...

Rudest McDonald's ever! Used to come here with my family when they first opened, but no more!

Several times on my way to/from work they've gotten my order wrong. When they told me my total, they didn't put my order on the screen so that I know it's correct. By the third time in telling them it's NOT on the screen and I need to know they gotten it right. Instead some guy trying to sound like Yodi from star wars (which had been done on two other occasions) kept telling me to pull to the window. Getting angry over it and refusing to risk getting an incorrect order so I leavied to another McDonald's.

Next thing I know a month later after the manager learned where I worked she came into my store yelling-screaming at me in how I leavied without paying for the food that I refused to accept by that point and that I was a thrive. As I told her since I never got anything therefore I'm NOT a thrive and AS A CUSTOMER I have the right to changing my mind in refusing the order that's clearly going to be wrong again and not accepting that rudeness and that is why I leavied.

Than she had the gul to complain to my GM about it sighting that she can't believe that my employer hires thrives and that if I'm not fired that day than she's going taking it to my corporate office and having my GM FIRED as well.

Never mind that I never gotten any food from that McDonald's and lying about me to my boss (not entirely sure if she called my corporate office, but been told that she has) I had no choice but to call McDonald's customer complaint on this manager behavior and letting them know how outraged I was. After explaining what exactly happened/took place I told the person I spoken with that there's video of her behavior and if that's NOT enough they can speak with my boss on the matter.

From what my boss told me when reporting to work that lady I spoken to call him to inquire as to what took place. Next I know the manager wasn't working at that McDonald's...
