Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Louisville

Every time i order online the pizza goes through as cheese and doesnt get made with the toppings i order. When i get the boneless wings theyre frequently over cooked and too hard to chew and often tiny little crumbles and not whole wings. I used to be able to order half a topping on the 5 dollar meal deal and no longer can. Also the 4 soda deal with the 5 dollar meal deals used to allow you to choose which variety you liked and now there are predetermined options that are not what im interested in choosing. Upon receiving my last incorrect order i called the store and spoke to the manager and her response to my incorrect order was that it was my fault because i ordered it wrong and there order clearly shows i ordered no toppings. Rather than allowing me to explain the reoccurring errors that have happened during the process of using the online ordering she simply said if i wanted the pizza with the toppings id have to pay for it. After i expressed my concern that the online ordering is glitching because its been a reoccuring issue she replied that the online site isnt something she controls and isnt her problem and if i wanted to get my order right i should try calling in my order. Bottom line is ive waisted far too much money and have been too passive for too long and the first time i try and express my concerns i was met with absurdly rude lack of caring. Just being told that the problem was my fault because i ordered wrong floored me. Then to hear that it wasnt her problem and if i wanted to get things rectified it was cost me the price of a new pizza. This level of customer service has left me no other respond than to discontinue...

Terrible... we bought four large pizzas for my daughter's birthday party last night. I've noticed an overall drop in quality by Pizza Hut in general but it's what she asked for. No cheese,no toppings and rubbery crust like it was microwaved. Just a frozen cheap pizza like Walmart sells for $3. Stuffed Crust used to be a weekly gotta have it thing at my house. Pizza Hut is now less edible than little Ceasers and still fairly expensive.

On top of this I waited at the Louisville location for over 15mintues for the girl working the counter to take a single order for a dine in family. My order was called in and ready to go but I had to wait for no reason while the second girl stood there between window pickups as a line formed six...

Delivery was 15 minutes early (selected specific delivery time due to work), and normally that is not a problem, but since no one was available at the time it was delivered, it sat outside on my porch for 15 minutes in the rain (it was bagged but because all the steam was kept in the bag, designed to keep the rain out, the food was just as soggy).

EDIT- POST Response from Pizza Hut: It must not be that important to you, because on the same day I posted this, I also took the survey on how my order was, and no one reached out to me on that, and I had asked to be contacted.
