So grateful for dinner here after a long day's drive. We'd parked in the nearby campground and it was a very hot day. Didn't want to cook! It was steak night at the Lodge, and there are bison steaks in the selection. Also bison burgers, all from the Fort Richardson State Park (NE) bison herd. Delicious! The service definitely needs some training. It took forever to get our food, and then when wanting to leave we had to wait 5 minutes to get our ticket to pay. This is ridiculous. Our waitress wrote the wrong table number on our ticket so our food was lost, when she came back and asked if we wanted a refill on drinks, we had to remind her what they were and then she still brought the wrong kind.
