Ziggi's Coffee — Restaurant in Loveland

I have had multiple issues with them taking my dairy intolerance seriously. Almost every time I go there I clearly state no dairy whatsoever in my drink and I always end up with milk! I go back in hopes that someone will take it seriously, but far too many times now have I had to deal with the rest of my day with serious stomach pain and nausea because they didn’t listen! There’s days where I will order coconut milk and it says “whole milk” on my cup or days like today where it says “special request: coconut milk” but in the corner “+half and half”! I don’t ask for dairy free milk to be trendy or obnoxious I ask for it because it’s a genuine health issue of mine!! When I went back to get my drink fixed the girl told me they also put a dehydrated powdered milk in their blended drinks, as if I was aware of that. It’s not just my responsibility to know you add powdered milk to your drinks, you should be letting my know that when I order my drinks without dairy! I also don’t appreciate them creeping their heads around the drive up window to “peek” on the person who wants their drink remade! Super unprofessional! Officially lost a customer! All due respect, Ziggi's - please figure it out. Early afternoon yesterday, I spent nearly 15 minutes in the drive-thru, although I was pleased to order a caramel macchiato no whip and receive the caramel drizzle with the beans on top. I ordered ahead today and no whip, which I wanted, but no caramel drizzle - and the inconsistency with beans on top. Same last week. The inconsistency is maddening. I will give one star for friendly employees and one for the potential for delicious beverages. This is why I stop going to Ziggi's for months at a time - at some point I feel like giving them a shot again, to find nothing changed, their service is subpar, and I wasn't missing out...

The customer service is always great. However, a little over a year ago I had to quit going to Ziggi’s because everytime I ordered a sugar free drink, my blood sugar would spike really high… so I knew I wasn’t getting sugar free in my drink. Today, I decided to try Ziggi’s again, and the same thing happened. My blood sugar spiked. When asking for sugar free, it isn’t always trying to be difficult. Rather, it can be for health reasons such as diabetes.
