It took us over 30 mins to order our appetizers, while we were seated at the bar. When we asked the bartender if we could order atleast our appetizers she ignorantly responded, “that’s not my job, you’ll have to wait for the server” and she walked away from us. The new bartender was yelled at publicly in front of the other patrons from the owner…not the way business should be conducted! Just as I thought it couldn’t get any worse, the waitress came over, took our appetizer order and we placed two entree orders to go since it was already over an hour before any order was submitted. I used to be a patron of this restaurant but, they’ve literally purged all of the old employees and it’s really gone down hill. After this experience, I figured I wouldn’t return. But it doesn’t end there! I get home and the entrees I order, they were all wrong! By this point I was a bit irritated so I called back and spoke to the owner. I let him know of my poor experience and how my orders weren’t right…and that I found a piece of aluminum foil in my food! Working in restaurants early on in my life, It’s best to be apologetic and try (within reason) to console the customer and ask how the problem could be rectified. I let him know that I lived far away since I met someone for their birthday in the area and I asked politely if he could refund my card for the issues with this ordeal. He responded “YOU CAN DRIVE BACK HERE SO YOU CAN SHOW ME ITS WRONG!” As if to call me a liar, real professional! I again told him, I’m not driving all the way back up there at 8pm at night. He replied, “okay then, goodbye” The only “good bye” you’ll get from me is the fact that I’ll never return to this PATHETIC establishment run by a pathetic owner! Oh, and tell your “cooks” to learn to do just that and maybe learn a thing or two about being a business owner and treating your customers with some dignity and maybe even your own employees!

Date of visit: Saturday 28 May 2022. I was a first time customer today. I've been meaning to try this restaurant since moving to this part of town. The restaurant had very few customers when we were there probably because of the holiday weekend. Esposito's has quite an impressive menu of Italian goodies to choose from. My friend had the California burger with fries and I had the sausage sandwich with sauce and melted cheese. No picture available to post. I would come back here. Curious to explore their pizza.

My wife and I eat here fairly often and we are always happy with our food and service. Frank, the owner, is an awesome guy and we always look forward to seeing him and his wife when we go. Always smiling and polite along with the others. Everyone who works there is friendly, welcoming, and great people to be around. The pizza is amazing and if you haven't tried the lobster ravioli, you're seriously missing out. The Buffalo chicken cheesesteaks are amazing as well. I highly recommend dining in or take out!

I will start this review by saying that I have never been the biggest fan of this resturant, but continue to go to appease my fiance who loves to support small local business. Tonight we came to Espositos for dinner and while the parking lot appeared rather full, the resturant portion was not super busy. We were sat promptly. Once we were sat though, we were forgotten, no one ever came back to take our order and a person from my group had to go up to the counter and remind them of our presence. We placed our order, and was informed that because I said my 9 yr old daughter will be sharing some of our food (I ordered a kids meal for the 3 yr old) we will be charged a $2 fee. Fine. Jalepeno popper appetizer came out first. They were cold, cheese still frozen. We informed a server (not our server, dont know where she is) and they placed original poppers back in oven with 3 extra "complimentary", only one person was eating them, we didnt really want the extra but fine. Food came out. Order was right everything looked good. My second bite of my california cheese steak, I found a small very hard piece of something in my mouth. I passed it around the table asking my group what they thought it was, and decided to eat the othsr half, because once again, no server. When server showed up, we showed here and she gave her opinion of what it was. She walked away and came back and said she would be taking $2 off our bill (that plate fee for sharing)... my sandwhich was $6 and I didn't eat half of it. When it came time to pay the bill my fiance tried to speak the who I am assuming to be the owner, while I did not hear all of the conversation, what I did hear seemed kind f arrogant to me, owner saying, "so you had to wait, other restuarants have a wait and you even have to wait outside. First of all, other resturants have a wait because they are busy, this place wasn't busy, we were forgotten. I don't believe we were rude or hostile in anyway, we all either work in customer service or have experience doing so, we did not feel like we had good service and know that the nicer you are, the more willing people USUALLY are to help or try to fix the situation, but this guy did not give at all. I know this is a small company and they need to be careful financially, but not accomadating when there is a problem is not how to do it.

I PROMISE that I will never return to this resturant nor will I recommend...

I've been ordering from this restaurant for awhile and the food is always fresh and the staff are always nice. More recently I ordered lunch and I got a sandwich and after I was half way threw found hair mixed in with the meat. Not happy but I didn't call and complain because that's the first time ever. Today I ordered Pizza for my kids and again after everyone was eating and not one but two people found hair in the pizza and no way it came from us because of color and it was mixed with the cheese not just laying on top. Very disgusting, I called back and nicely told them what I had found and didn't ask for a refund or another Pizza and the man offered to bring another so u accepted and then he tells me don't eat the first piece I need it back and I say ok a few slices are missing because we were in the middle of eating. He then says well next time you find something you call right away and don't eat it because I won't replace it and hung up on me. Very rude and I think I will take my money elsewhere, I don't want to wait until next time it happens. And it's not like we pick our food apart before we eat so how were we supposed to see it in the...
