Review based on dinner ordered Friday September 4th 2020 Pizza doesn't have enough cheese. Its very flimsy, everything slides off even if you do the pizza fold. I decided to ask them to do it new York style, well done, to avoid the issue 2nd time we ordered (September 4). The pizza still didn't have enough cheese, toppings still all slid off but now the crust is inedible because it's burnt. Mushy cheeseless pizza with toppings sliding off & crust too hard to chew. Yuck. I also ordered chicken fingers & french fries for my kids. I had to order them separately because they dont have an adult full size chicken fingers meal (only a small chickens meal but I have 3 small kids). Ordering things individually instead of as meals makes things more expensive but anyway... They packaged up my food & put chicken & fries straight into styrofoam containers before allowing the food to cool, causing the food to burn holes through the styrofoam & FUSE TO THE FOOD, making the food poisonous and inedible. This should be common sense for a food establishment to let food cool/put paper down or use another type of material for packaging. Maybe they were in a rush since it was Friday night? I'm unsure... I called to mention the chicken fingers/fries since now we all have to split the pizza and my kids dont have dinner. When I called, they were very nice & understanding. Adam said chicken and fries cost about $12 but offered to credit my account $20 for future purchase and for the inconvenience (so basically replaced food & gave an $8 coupon towards a future order). We will try them once more & see how it goes. I will update my review next time we order. REVIEW UPDATE SEPTEMBER 9 2020 Google hours are closing times at 9pm. I called at 8:15, and they apparently close at 8pm on weekdays now? So early... kinda ridiculous. Unsure when I'll be able to even use my coupon. REVIEW UPDATE SEPTEMBER 11 2020 Now that I'm aware of new hours, decided to use our coupon. We ordered an xl pizza, chicken fingers & french fries like last time, and a chicken parm meal. Pizza still flimsy. They use as little dough and cheese as possible, just overall cheaping out. The chicken fingers and french fries, yet again, burned into the styrofoam, leaving them inedible. Its why we got a coupon last time. What the actual poop, unacceptable. Also, a chicken parm meal is $15. They forgot my salad and my dinner roll - I ordered a meal specifically for the salad. The chicken parm was mushy and overall wasn't good. By the time my husband got home with the food and we realized they forgot the salad and rolls, bella was already closed. This was our last time trying this establishment. We will not be back. Im unsure how they would rectify the situation anyway,, considering I wouldn't drive back again and again for an incorrect order anyway. Its just really obvious they don't really care about their customers, overall rip off. We won't be back. The biggest reason I decided to try these guys is their location. Its the closest pizza joint to our house. We usually go to Chiaros, which is much farther from our house. I have nothing but great things to say about them, we've been going for 5+ years. Do yourself a favor and make the extra drive for a pizza joint with good affordable food & customer service aka chiaros, not bellas.

I don't know that happened but since atleast February 2025 the party size pizza is now paper thin to the in point it is just thick enough to fall apart when you pick it up. Maybe you're into that but it feels like thin-flation. The picture might not do it justice but it's basically thinner then the pizza box. Sadly I will not be coming back for the foreseeable future. I don't know if the non party size has this issue but not wasting money to find out. If you cut a slice in half you can comfortably shove the entire piece in your mouth. Making each slice a 2 bite piece of pizza. Old review below Largest pizza around and at the best price. Always very nice to deal with.

Solid 4 star review. Nice casual spot to grab dinner. Typical bar food menu (apps, burgers, sandwhiches). Although I was surprised they didn't carry miller lite or mich ultra. The only bottled beer they had was yuengling. For a bar I would imagine they would have a better variety of beers. Service was good. I had a chicken cheesesteak, it was good but nothing to write home about. They had a larger outdoor enclosed area with a live band. From what I could hear, the band was good (playing 90s covers). Not a lot of people watching the band, maybe it gets busier later at night.

We've reluctantly kept trying again and again, since new ownership, to give them the benefit of the doubt, but the only consistency is the disappointment from beginning to end. To place an order, you have to repeat yourself non-stop regardless of how slow you speak, and even if you confirm your order, something will be wrong and take forever to get to you. Blue Cheese Burger... delivered with a note saying "sorry no blue cheese", no credit, no call, nothing, but a small burger on an oversized bun with nothing. Chicken fingers, sure they're fine if you like Italian dressing mixed in honey mustard sauce because it certainly isn't honey mustard sauce. Fried Shrimp, forget it, you no longer get cocktail sauce, okay, fine, but delivery less than a mile away for a BLT with normal fries TAKES 70 MINUTES!!! No customer service, no apology, just a "what, they're out for delivery now". And oops there's no curly fries, just soggy fries which were ordered extra crispy due to this issue before, no blue cheese, no cocktail sauce, Quesadilla with no sour cream as ordered, wings with no blue cheese or celery sticks, and no real honey mustard sauce. A place, I used to order from a lot, cuts corners, has gone completely downhill, and so have their standards, or lack thereof. In this day an age, being so careless in this industry isn't a smart idea when there are other businesses who care about their customers, the service and food they provide them. After a year of ignorant mistakes, I refuse to order from them again! I can see and hear often that there's quite a group of us feeling...

My wife and I decided to order in Friday night and watch a movie, just looking to unwind from the work week. We order from Bella Cucina, a tuna hoagie, a burger and fries. Upon our meal arriving at the house, we noticed we did not have fries. We called the pizzeria and we we're told to wait "One minute please", for approximately six minutes. This was extremely aggravating, but I also am a professional and understand it is a Friday night and they are potentially busy. When I finally spoke with an employee, we were told we were not charged for fries, and instead they began to rattling off our order; as if the food wasn't staring at me, accommodated by nothing. The fact we hadn't paid was all well and good, but the point was I wanted fries....my wife is pregnant and if she wants fries, I'm damn sure getting them.

Instead of being told they were sorry and would immediately send my fries out, I was greeted with an attitude and told, "I guess we can send some fries, but we're gonna have to charge you"....ummm yea. Let's just say between the attitude I was given and the expensive (20 dollars for two sandwiches WITHOUT fries) this average pizza joint will not be getting my business any longer. Just...
