First visit and also first time eating a Primo hoagie. I was not disappointed! The server was helpful and friendly. I heard about a Members Promo and she helped me figure it out😉. Love the sesame rolls! Wow! The Italian was really good but guess I wished oregano came on it , but certainly not a must😉. Delicious. The ham and cheese was really amazing- with lots of tasty ham! I liked the atmosphere too so may eat in sometime. I will definitely visit again! It very well may be my favorite hoagie shop.

Been a Primo fan since the start. Just started and finished my first cheesesteak from this spot after a few bites. Tried Royersford and they were very good. Unfortunately, I can't say the same here. Meat is overcooked and not much flavor. Requested toppings on the side and received none. New spot so hopefully just working out the kinks, but I won't be back.

Placed a pickup order. One sandwich was incorrect and missing coleslaw (Turkey Schwartzie) and my other sandwich was missing a side of mayo. Called the store after and was told the stores policy was to not refund the sandwich because I left the store with the product. What a mind numbingly bad policy. Worth mentioning that the store was not busy. The employee noted that the manager and owner were out and would call me back in a few days.

Edit: changing to three stars after speaking with the owner. He clarified the stores policies on refunds, stated what his plan was for fixing my issue, in this case a full refund, and also spoke about what he was communicating to his team. I will give primos...

What a bad start for Primo. Call in order for two turkey hoagies told 15 to 20 min, not a problem. Get there in about 10 min three people in line order and get their food before I get mine. What was the point of calling ahead. When I said something, none of the employees saw that that was an issue. Looks like they have not changed from the last time they were open. Pore customer service. Thank you for the response. But as a chef myself, I can understand how a rush can influence times. But to put new orders ahead of my order is not acceptable. If you prioritize walking customers over phone customers, then why take...

I was impressed. I usually like to support the family owned shops and there are many good ones nearby. I have to say this location for Primos is quite good. The Liscios seeded rolls are top notch. The meats were fresh and delicious. Excellent construction. My only complaint was I order with oil only and there was mayo added. Doesn’t belong on a hoagie. Looking forward to trying a cheesesteak, for me an imperative component to a Philly suburban sandwich shop. As I said earlier, there’s certainly many choices for local family owned...
