Placed a pickup order. One sandwich was incorrect and missing coleslaw (Turkey Schwartzie) and my other sandwich was missing a side of mayo. Called the store after and was told the stores policy was to not refund the sandwich because I left the store with the product. What a mind numbingly bad policy. Worth mentioning that the store was not busy. The employee noted that the manager and owner were out and would call me back in a few days.
Edit: changing to three stars after speaking with the owner. He clarified the stores policies on refunds, stated what his plan was for fixing my issue, in this case a full refund, and also spoke about what he was communicating to his team. I will give primos...

The Liscios seeded rolls are top notch. The meats were fresh and delicious. Excellent construction. My only complaint was I order with oil only and there was mayo added. Doesn’t belong on a hoagie.
