Johnny's Pizza & Pasta Ristorante Italiano — Restaurant in Lower Frederick

I started goofing there a few mouths ago my friend works there and omg when she said there food was great that was an understatement their food is amazing awesome you can tell the cook definitely puts love TLC and passion into what he does I’ve been to many other pizza joint Italian restaurants etc. and this one tops at all from their pizza to their pasta entrées to their salads and more everything is amazing delicious and definitely has not put into it you can tell the cook knows what he’s doing and loves doing it so far I ordered two pizzas chicken français don’t know if I’m spelling don't know if I'm spelling it rightLasagna chicken Marcella spaghetti carbonara and if you other things I definitely will be trying other things I’m the kind of person that if I like one thing I usually stick with it but this place I’m pretty sure almost everything on the menu I would love I know there’s a lot of reviews and say oh this is the best place but I’m telling you take it for me you definitely want to stop by if you have it you’re very friendly have so much variety of food salads entrées appetizers sides pastors desserts etc. as well as drinks as well as drinks their staff is amazingly friendly and helpful they offer delivery and take out their portions are amazing I got one entrée and it lasted me literally for three meals so yes check them on me ut their address is 5 Main St. in swanksVille And if they don’t have some thing on the menu just ask them and nine times out of 10 will make it for you Hope you go and enjoy thanks for reading my post oh PS they’re also very clean and so practice social distancing plus plus plus you...

1st and only visit to this place. I understand that it's a popular place but come on, we were told all larger tables were "reserved for larger groups" So we sat a tiny table. And the whole time we were there no larger group came in to sit at that table! Another couple had come in, sat at another tiny table, then decided to leave cause it was to small.

I asked the waitress whether the pasta sauce was smooth or chunky, she said she couldn't answer that question, really? She then walked away and came back with a little cup of sauce... It's on the chunky side just so you know. After eating, we had a few dishes & bread basket on the table, the waitress passed by several times, took 1 plate and left the rest... Couldn't or wouldn't do separate checks, had to divide the bill at the register. Overall the food was good & freshly made, but the prices were a little much, the waitress needs some additional training or something. The other waitress and worker at the register were very nice and friendly. Had wanted to give this place a try since the reviews were very good but I wasn't impressed with this place. I'll continue to go to one of my favorite places, Moccias, should have just gone there in the first place. Never a bad meal and service is AWAYS top notch!!! We've tried again and again for 2 years. Last night was our final time. Ortino's which is just a bit further, is far better. First, their pizza is just mush. The crust is so soggy you can't even pull a piece from the box without it just falling apart. And, every time, the pizza is smushed into a box far too small, so a significant portion of the pizza is just smashed and a mess. For as much as Johnny's charges, you think they could afford to put the pizza in an appropriately sized box. Also, we got cheese fries last night with the pizza, and they were luke-warm at best and tasted like they were a day old.
