Taco Bell — Restaurant in Lower Swatara Township

I love Tacos, but I have to be honest leaving a review because of my honesty, and Integrity I do VALUE highly. I gave a 1 star because of several reasons...1- I asked for my tacos to be made fresh, and of course they weren't. The meat was not quite warm, and Only filled the shell approx 1/8 full, then topped with very little cheese and lettuce all on a Soggy hard shell !!!!! It was so distasteful!! Now with that said, If Only 1 out of 3 tacos came that way I would have been disappointed, But I would not have been so harsh with the rating!! It gets better.....I ordered the new menu item steak with the nacho fry platter with ranch. I was Highly upset because my fries were limp and Also soggy.!!!! I had to pay $0.75 for a side of nacho sauce....Absolutely Overpriced!!!!! As you can hear, this Entire Order was So Very Disappointing, Disgusting and NOT WORTH the money!!!! For this gross meal that I was so looking forward to having, I would have been better off to go and buy a bag of chips and a ham sandwich which would of cost 3/4 less the price and definitely More Fulfilling!!!! The ONLY thing I would give a 3 star to this establishment would be to the person that took my order. He was very polite, but he did Not pay attention to detail to my order, and no matter how polite someone is, It doesn't make up for No Food for a belly that's growling that you wanted to fuel Immediately!!!!!! I Don't know Why people at this establishment take More Pride in preparing the food!!! If they would take the time in making the food fresh made to order, they Would Have More of a repeat business, and great reviews!! Now I do understand that you cannot make to order if you're very busy like during rush hour, but you can reduce the amount of meats you make ahead of time. You can bake the shells longer to make them crispy. !!! I can tell you that the Only way that I would eat here again or reccomend to eat here is it would have to be the Absolute Very Last Place in the state that was opened and I was on the verge of dying due to no food intake!!!!! If this place isn't going to make possible changes in the quality of food, it's apparent they really don't value the job, they don't care about you Or the place. They are just there for a paycheck, and I Honestly don't know how the owner(s) are even making a profit to keep the doors open !!!!!!!!

Taco Bell food is Taco Bell food. It does the job, it's somewhat yummy, but it is what it is. I have no expectations of it being greater than that.

What I'm reviewing is the impressive service. There appeared to be an altercation the evening I was there in the drive-through. There was a 20-30 ish bearded man outside the door of the Taco Bell. It appeared they had locked him out. It was very late, so I'm sure the dining area was closed anyway. The man was yelling, saying threatening things, and was highly emotionally escalated. It appeared that he may have been under the influence. It looked to be a pretty scary situation. I, along with several others in line, who had our windows down because it was a nice evening, rolled our windows up. I personally did it for safety. Because it appeared the man yelling was out of control and started storming around the building, and towards the cars. The young man who locked him out, was the same young man that provided me my order at the drive-through window. There was a pause on all of the orders, which was understandable. The young man at the drive-through window was eventually able to serve me and the other cars in line. He had a gentle voice, was helpful in my order, and he was clearly shaken. His hands shook as he put the sauce packets into my bag. I'm sure anybody would have been shaken after that incident. He was just doing his job, was put in a threatening situation, and was still doing his best. I really appreciate him. He should get a bonus, some paid time off, and maybe even some short term trauma assistance for what he...

We went there 6:05 to order food 3 beefy quesadilla, cheese rollup, nacho fries. We then went to sit down and wait for our food, but realized none of other 8 people there had their food. After about 10 minutes they push the first order out, #180. We were #187. After another 5 minutes a lady gets sick of waiting and asks for a refund, which they made her wait for. We waited a total of 30 minutes before getting our food. A man was asking for a refund when we got our food and they ignored him. We get our food and ask for a to-go bag since the restaurant and bathrooms were so dirty, I have pictures. My wife walks up and they ignored her until I basically had to yell at them to give us a bag. We got our bag and went out to the car and to our surprise (not) we couldn't get out because the drive-thru was so backed up it was blocking in parked cars. We slowly start eating our food and my wife's nacho fries were cold and soggy and the cheese was cold. We finally get out from our parking spot and get on the turn-pike and she asks for her cheese rollup only to see that it was wrong, it was a softshell taco with no lettuce, no cheese and quesadilla meat in it.
