I visited here early one morning and ordered a Beef n Cheddar (I was also disappointed with the sandwich after driving half-way home) and upgraded to a Large Curly Fry, and over-hearing an employee ask "Aren't we waiting on fries?" to a fellow employee, I made the assumption they weren't fresh. After tasting two or three fries, I was not surprised they were COLD! Furthermore, after returning to the drive-thru window and asking if they would swap my large fry for fresh fries, the employee serving me did not apologize for intentionally serving cold french fries or even say one word to me after I politely asked to swap the old ones for fresh french fries. The restaurant wasn't busy, in fact there wasn't a single customer there besides me the entire time this took place. It was clearly a small milkshake. I asked the cashier about it it was promptly told no that is a large even though directly behind is the cups labeled small medium large. Again I question and was promptly greeted by the back of the cashier to go get another customer without even answering my question.
