Update: Service is great, biscuits are always fresh (they used to heat biscuits from the day before and you could tell). I appreciate this new manager. My only complaint is the Heinz Strawberry jam. This stuff is terrible! I have loved Hardee's strawberry since I was a kid and changing to Heinz ruined that for me... And it tastes nasty so it's a double NO! Bring back the old strawberry!
Drive thru is so much better now that Gladys is gone. She was always so rude! I stopped going there for years because of her rude attitude. I have been back probably a dozen times this year and my experience has been 100% better! Today, they had to pull me up for my order and when I got home I realized they had forgotten to put my hashrounds in the bag and I wasn't even mad. Of course I would like to have them but normally missing items would have been icing on the cake after terrible service. I know she's gone so this is the past but once I was given hot tea that had melted all if my ice so I asked for a cup of ice and Gladys was so ugly. She rolled her eyes, and nearly threw the cup at me and said "next time you need something like that you need to order at the speaker with your food, ice ain't free" Her tone was absolutely disgusting. Read moreTo preface this review, I am well aware and fully understanding of the staffing issues at this location. I have been to this location several times and usually have no problem waiting for my food.
Today (Sep 1 2022) we pulled up to the drive-thru menu and like I said, knowing this location is usually low staffed, we sat and waited patiently for about 5 minutes to have our order taken while three other cars pulled up behind us. After what seemed like a long wait, someone finally says “we’re closed” over the speaker. No apology, nothing…. Just “we’re closed,” with a very agitated tone. This was during lunch hours! Put a sign up! How many times did they not only make people wait for nothing, but rudely tells them they're closed. I wasn't even in a rush, but during lunch hours, a lot of people have to get back to work/home/school/etc. I never spoke up about the issues we had with this location before, but the customer service skills here are severely lacking and this was the last straw.
P.S. I love how the owner only responds to positive reviews here and never addresses the MANY negative reviews they get regarding customer service and...
Read moreI have to say something about one of your employees and I hope you do not think that I'm just one of his buddies who is trying to hook him up with good feedback. I don't know him from Adam but had a few minutes to chat with him because business was slow and I can honestly say that you are truly blessed to have that man working for you! I didn't catch his name but I can tell you that he is a black man, tatoos, was working the drive through around 3pm today and that man is 100% truly dedicated to his job, he takes pride in his work and he is the most pleasant person I've ever had the honor of meeting. So if you're ever considering giving him a raise, I highly recommend it. He's the type of man who is working hard to provide for his beloved family, give them a great life and will turn his children into true assets to this country and people like him deserve appreciation and recognition in this world who seldom ever shows people like him any...
