Hair in sandwich when I got home, I called she (the manager and only one working that eve) told me to call back in 15 min because she was slammed, so I called every 15 min until close nobody would answer. So I contacted 800 number that evening, which said go online and email. The next day, I Spoke to manager in person, she said since I did an online contact, I would now have to wait to hear back online. All I ever got was an email from her (the manager who made the sub with the blonde hair in it that told me to call back). The small said sorry for your experience. I have stopped in the store three times and manager is not available. I was told by the manager the first day I stopped in that she is as high as it goes.. her then owner and owner can’t be contacted. I have sense left 2 handwritten notes to please call me and left my number. I even commented on a subway Facebook post she made on a community page to plesss contact me. The sandwich was purchased Labor Day weekend. It is now middle October and obviously the manager is refusing to call me and replace the sandwich that had her blonde hair in it. I tried being nice, I have called, left written messages, and stopped in the store multiple times. Read moreI work overnight shift, getting off at 7 am. Approximately 2 of the 4 times a week I TRY to stop in (which is roughly around 7:15/7:20), the store is still closed and no one is in the store (lights off, no movement, sign off) BUT the sign clearly states that the store opens at 7 am Monday through Saturday.
However, I simply chose another location for my morning stops. What prompted me to write this review was that I made an attempt last night before my shift to try to go in at about 8:45 at night (closing is at 9 pm). Lights were on, 'open' sign was on, and there was someone in the building, but the door was locked and the person would not open the door.
I do believe that if this location made more of an effort to open on time (rather than late) and close on time (rather than early), you would probably have a bit more business come through there, especially with the holiday traffic surrounding the fourth.
Also, if they're closing early and opening late, you'd think they'd take the additional time and clean the store a bit better. Half the time, the floors are sticky, tables need to be wiped, but the person can be found behind the counter on their cell phone.
Perhaps a visit or more oversight by upper management is called for if they can't get their stuff...
Read moreNormally I don't have bad ratings or reviews, but I was pretty unhappy with my visit today. I got my order to go as I was driving home from work (9am). There was only a couple in their besides me. After I told the lady behind the counter which sandwich i wanted, and after she looked at the cheat sheet they have as well, I still had to tell her what went on my sandwich. (Before it got to the veggie part where you tell them what extra to add.) After what was missing was added to it, I chose my veggies (only 3 diff ones and the normal amount no extras) all of the veggies were put on half of the sandwich. When I got home, and grabbed half the sandwich to eat half of it had no veggies, while the other half was stacked so I had to move some over.. (Not a big deal but still shouldn't of had to.). I'm unsure as to if the employee was new, or just not all there today because of whatever reason, but I do hope that I'm the only one who has an experience...
