I canât speak to the quality of the food at Joeâs Pizza, as I havenât personally tried it. However, I had a negative interaction with one of their employees that left a lasting impression.
My crew and I were working on a road closure directly in front of the restaurant, redirecting traffic for the safety of nearby workers and drivers. While I was managing traffic flow, an employee from Joeâs Pizza approached and asked to drive through the closed section. I politely informed her that, for safety reasons, she would need to go around the block â a minor detour that takes just a couple of minutes.
Rather than understanding the situation, she became verbally aggressive and directed profanity toward me and my team. This unprofessional behavior was disappointing and unnecessary, especially considering we were simply doing our job to keep the area safe.
Due to that experience, I chose not to try the food â I value respectful service as much as the product, and unfortunately, this encounter didnât reflect well on the business.
It was a young female, happened on 07/24/25.
Hi, thank you for your response. I understand this incident occurred outside the restaurant, but the individual who behaved aggressively toward me and my team clearly identified herself as an employee of Joeâs Pizza. While I respect that this may not reflect the behavior of the entire staff or management, interactions with employeesâregardless of locationâcan still influence public perception of a business.
I didnât leave this review to harm your business, but to express a real and disappointing experience tied to your brand. Respect and professionalism go a long way, especially when dealing with those working to ensure public safety. I hope this feedback helps in addressing future situations like this...
Read moreThe people that work here are very awesome and they are hard workers. Best Italian sub I have ever gotten anywhere and I am a connoisseur. Their pizza bread that they use for everything is just delectable. If you can appreciate texture just know you'll love the bread. The French fries are also good. And the pizza is good. I hate overly greasy pizza and I'm not big on a lot of red sauce and the pizza is perfectly to my taste cause it don't have either of those things. I also enjoy the spaghetti with garlic sauce. It comes with bread and salad, I'm a big back so I don't care for the salad but it's good for like 2 meals worth of spaghetti. Btw whatever you order at joes they are very fast. Even when busy. Very fast. I even tried a burger from here one time it was pretty good. I saved the best for last tho cause let me just try to express the absolute heaven on your tongue that the cheesy garlic bread is. The crunch, the buttery garlic soaking the bread, the cheese on top with cute little spices. If there was one thing I could eat for the rest of my life it would be this. And yeah I would die fast of obesity but believe me that it would be worth it. The only bad thing I could say about joes is that it's addicting. Source: a joes addict and just...
Read moreWhere to start? We went to Joe's after a long day of traveling looking for some good, local Italian food. I ordered the baked ziti an my girlfriend got the meat ravioli both of which came with side salads with Italian dressing. The salad consisted of lettuce and onions with a few grape tomatoes thrown in for color I guess. The dressing was some of the worst dressing I think I've ever had. It was bitter and extremely acidic. The "baked" ziti was actually just a bunch of penne pasta piled on a plate and smothered with the worst watered diwn sauce from a jar I have ever had. It didn't stick to the pasta and was very runny. The cheese was sprinkled on top and clearly tossed in a microwave to melt. Long story short, the baked ziti wasn't even baked. As for the raviolis there was an option for cheese or meat. I opted for the meat but there was nothing but bland, flavorless ricotta inside of raviolis that were either under cooked or just old because they were hard as a rock. The food also took a very long time to come out considering it was likely frozen. The only positives from our experience at Joe's was that the food didn't make us sick. Even if you're starving just keep driving by. You'd be better of at...
