Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Lubbock

Last night I placed an order for 2 medium THIN CRUST pepperoni pizzas and what was delivered was 1 thin crust and 1 Thick Pan Pizza. I called and ended up talking to the same person that took my order, who again, just like the first time I called, was talking over me about 90 miles an hour to where I could barely get a word in edgewise to tell her what was going on. I finally got to explain to her what the problem was and she said that she was having another made right then and that was soon as her delivery driver got back, she would have them deliver it to us. The correct pizza finally got here, and if you look at the picture that I posted, that is how I got the pizza delivered to me... WITH A BROKEN SEAL, as if someone had already opened it AFTER it was made. With the current COVID situation and Lubbock County being 1 of the Top 8 counties NATIONWIDE, that have the highest Covid count, there is NO WAY that I am going to eat this. Who knows where it really came from. For all I know, this was my other thin crust, that got delivered to the wrong address so they took it back and the employee at pizza hut just grabbed it and had their driver bring that one too us just so they didn't have to remake it. REGARDLESS, IM NOT GONNA EAT IT AND RISK CATCHING SOMETHING WHICH I HAVE ALREADY DONE BY TOUCHING THE OUTSIDE OF THE BOX ANYWAY. SO I HOPE THAT SOMEONE WITH SOME AUTHORITY, LIKE FROM THE CORPORATE OFFICE SEES THIS REVIEW AND GETS BACK IN TOUCH WITH ME... BUT IF COURSE I'M NOT GOING TO...

Pizza Hut, please start paying your workers better. Instead of them, expecting us to tip them, even though we come up here to get the pizza ourselves. It's not delivered. We walk in to get it ourselves too. They don't bring it to the car. Heck, they don't even have it ready by the estimated time. I appreciate them cooking it. That's why I order it. From Pizza Hut. But if nothing extra is being done, they should not be asking us for tips. They shouldn't say it's going to ask you a question and spin the screen around so you could choose to pay them more for nothing extra. People are seriously getting tired of that. I think I am going to discontinue using Pizza Hut until y'all stop that. Especially having us pay before the order is even ready, realizing they're not getting extra money for nothing, and then having to wonder if they are going to slack on the rest of it because they know they're not getting extra money for nothing. On top of that, the store was dead. Like no one else here but one person when we showed up. No one else pulling in and no deliveries going out. But yet when we show up they're standing around talking to each other instead of doing the order? But we're expected to tip them? I'm done with Pizza Hut for now. They got my pizza wrong wanted ham and pineapple only got ham and also ordered a three topping bacon Italian sausage and pork sausage they put barely any cheese on it i found one piece that looked like it had one piece of cheese on it and then when I tried to call them no one answered so I took my pizzas up there and receipt and at first they didn't Wana do anything about it and then they told me the reason it looked like no cheese was on it is cause they put the cheese on the bottom which they do cause I used to work at a pizza hut but that was no reason to have almost no cheese and finally when I got them to remake it I was sitting there waiting for it to cook the phone just kept ringing and no one was answering it. It rang for the whole my pizza was in the oven they did offer me a drink while I waited that was about the only positive thing I got out of the whole experience will not order...
