Large delivery order placed via phone. Family meal deal for 38+tax this includes nice portion of steak tips sitting in their sauce (you know the French word)... Also includes grilled chicken in it's own foil pack of juice. Omg. Perfectly grilled. Juicy. Tender. Well cooked chicken. Baked potatoes were hot and average sized but not small. Salad was lettuce and a tomato. Sweet tea had a smoke flavor but I got past it. The family meal fed 5 people and we have left overs for another two meals. This completes the family meal deal. Cheese burger deal 27.99: Four thick juicy cheese burgers with chips and drink. Burgers were a tiny bit undercooked because I'm not a fan of pink burgers. Flavor was insanely good. I didn't need mayo etc or the toppings. The burger is just that good. I think the price of this burger deal is a bit excessive. 20.99 is what it should cost with a coupon not 27.99

The name of this restaurant is STEAK EXPRESS. This is Texas. We love red meat here. These folks make killer steak tips!! Very nice thick perfectly seasoned c salt and pepper and smokey grilled flavor juice oozing from perfect steak tips. I'm a ribeye gal. I love juicy steak. I used to hate seeing any pink. But the flavor is out this world and the tenderness is worth not tearing up your gums digging out overcooked steak from between your teeth.

True steak chefs cringe while cooking a well done steak. Don't expect a ruined steak from these folks.

Ordering was simple. Wait time approx 45 min. For 1700 order delivered by 1745 hot and perfect, I'd say they did a great job. This was a special occasion meal. It was $80 after tax and tip. But I couldn't have taken 6 people to a nice steakhouse and gotten this much food and walked away having paid $80 total. Family meal deal is worth every shiney hard earned penny. I got to spend time with my kids at home, have an amazing dinner with them and help them get ready for bed before I had to leave for work and my kitchen is still clean.

Please read this review before ordering from here! After two previous delivery orders from this Steak Express, they have forgotten our bake potato on both occasions! When my wife was ordering our dinner this third time, she asked the person taking the order to please double and triple check our order prior to allowing the delivery driver to leave their location. Unfortunately that did not happen AGAIN! The very nice delivery driver dropped off our food minus our bake potato! I don’t know why it is so difficult for this location to remember to check their orders before leaving. Called the location and April Diaz “manager on duty” was absolutely no help, she stated she was not authorized to make decisions. April said we could wait for a delivery driver to return and then deliver the rest of our order. I offered multiple solutions for her to make this right, but she continued to give excuses why she could not make those decisions. Tosha Edwards is who she said we needed to contact the next morning for any additional assistance. I didn’t need additional assistance, I wanted the rest of my order now, I didn’t want to wait another 45 minutes to an hour while the rest of our food gets cold. If you are going to have leadership in location, equip them with the ability to make simple decisions to correct orders or fix their mistakes. I have been ordering from this location for over 7 years and my previous experience will be my last. Not only did the delivery driver deliver my food to the wrong address, he allowed someone to sign my name on my credit card slip. After waiting over an hour and a half for my food I called to check on the status. I was then told that someone else had signed for my order at another apartment, and that I would be refunded my money for my order and that a new order would be sent ASAP. Supposedly the cops contacted the people that signed for my card. I was told by Linda I was see my refund within 3-5 business days, after not receiving it I called Linda. I was then told by Linda that she never said I would be given a refund, which is a lie, because I specifically asked. Even after expressing my frustration and the fact that I would not have accepted a second order if I knew I was still going to be charged full price, no discount, no refund, nothing was accomplished. As a loyal customer it saddens me that the only reason why I will not be doing business with either Steak Express is because of Linda and her careless attitude.
