The food was the same as usual but the young lady or demon working the drive-through today had the worst attitude she needs to be removed off the drive-through until she can get her attitude together because it was not pleasant at all when placing my order, she rushed me to my order once I got my order it was all wrong and when I went back to address her about it, she had a really nasty attitude and got smart with me when I was being calm with her and trying to explain to her that I come to here all the time like two or three times a week to get the senior catch for my father, who has lupus, and is on blood thinners and can no longer eat green food with that being said her attitude was still nasty and I asked to speak to her manager before she walked off. She looked at me and started laughing and rolled her eyes. It took the manager 15 minutes to come to the window, and when she came to the window she had a really nasty attitude, so I understand why the employees have a nasty attitude also because they’re not being trained correctly, I will never return to this place because it made me feel as though I was unwanted and shouldn’t have been there anyway and it was a privilege that they were serving me from the way that they were treating me and my family the manager conscious did not apologize for the girl’s behavior. She just got a brush it off and rushed me out of her drive then I mentioned to her that I would be reporting both of them in the morning to their supervisor and she just rolled her eyes and close the window. I noticed the service the last three times I have been to this restaurant. I don’t know if the owner read these reviews if so, to keep your customers you need to send some of your employees to a training class or have them restrained on how to present their stuff at a drive-through if you can’t be patient with people whether placing an order may be to drive that was...

The catfish and shrimp dinner is what both of us ordered, then we realized we needed to order drinks too. Their credit card machine wasn't working so thankfully we had cash on hand. The prices were reasonable. However, this was our first time there, and I'm guessing they don't get many new people because they just threw paper plates on the counter in front of us after we ordered like we knew what we were supposed to do. FYI... it's for the salad bar, which has nothing labeled. The lettuce was soggy, the onions were huge, and the cucumbers were mushy. The catfish and shrimp dinner arrived fairly quickly and was very hot. We each only got 1 tube of sour cream for our baked potatoes, the hushpuppies were logs instead of balls but had good flavor, however the catfish and shining had no flavor which sent us in search of some dipping sauces... turned out thru are located in the salad bar, which we would've known had it been labeled. Going up and asking the old lady behind the counter for anything was terrible, she was quite rude, like I should know all this already... well honey, this was my first time here, and last. Thankfully there was a sweet younger lady that eventually started answering my questions. You have to clean up after yourself, throw away all your things like at a fast food restaurant. Staff 💯 friendly and patient with our questions addressing the menu items! Quiet - Clean too! We were expecting Catfish fillets but got stripes/ nuggets! Affordable yes $12.99 but marketing need to advertise catfish stripes or shrimp vs prawns. The salad bar was awesome and the baked potato was piping hot and delicious The desert are so delicious and affordable $2.95 less than $4.We ordered the peach cobbler & pecan pie.Suggest some whip cream to top it off is what we did once we got to Shreveport! Drive way off 10 ft.if you pass it up you gotta circle back around about a 1/2 mile again.
