Subway — Restaurant in Lufkin

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at the Subway located within Love’s Travel Stop during my visit. As a frequent customer, I have come to expect a certain level of professionalism and courtesy, which was unfortunately not met on this occasion. I ordered a footlong sandwich, intending to share it with another person. The employees working the night shift displayed poor conversation skills and a bad attitude throughout the interaction. When I requested that the sandwich be wrapped separately, they refused, making it clear that they were unwilling to accommodate a simple and reasonable request.The old lady there seems to be kind but other two girls totally disgusting i dont think soo they are capable of working on subway

My boyfriend and I frequent this subway almost every thurs-fri around 12-2 ish. Over the last few months every experience has been difficult. A certain staff member is constantly huffing and puffing at every request for anything to be done to our sandwich. Even going as far as complaining to another staff member about having to do what you’ve asked in front of your face. The attitude is ridiculous and I recommend not going there during the late shift as you will be seen as an inconvenience. Some people really just shouldn’t work...

Two women behind the counter and the manager of loves charged my card three times. They then refused to give me a receipt. I had to have my husband go and get it. They were rude, seem to hate their jobs. Kayla was the cashier.. they should NOT be allowed to work with people. I used to go there all the time, but I guarantee they was my LAST visit there.
