Mere words cannot express the gratitude I have for this business. First, I want to thank Jennifer who I spoke with at least three times. Each time, she was gracious and very accommodating. She never was "bugged" that I asked numerous questions, switched flavors, and called back to make changes to my order. I live in Austin, and was not able to be in Lufkin for my father's upcoming 90th birthday due to the pandemic. Not only was my order "short notice", but they had no problem delivering to my parents' nursing facility AND offered to go and purchase two candles from a grocery store for my father's 90th birthday!! I was blown away by their desire to go above and beyond!! I ABSOLUTELY recommend this bakery. And according to my parents and the faculty at their nursing facility, the cupcakes were DELICIOUS!! Thank you, Grandough Baking Co. for your outstanding business ethics and attitude towards making the customer happy! You did it up right!!

These cupcakes were absolutely phenomenal! I wanted high quality cupcakes for my 30th birthday party, and because I got caught up in prepping for the holidays I completely spaced on ordering treats for my own special day. Grandough Baking Co. was so accommodating when I placed my order the week of my event, and provided the BEST strawberry and German chocolate cupcakes I have ever tasted. The quality was evident in the cupcakes, the icing, and even the presentation. We drove 50 mins to pick up our order, and we will happily make that drive again for all of our future events.

We used Grandough Bakery to cater our wedding and for the cakes. The cakes were incredible! We met with them at the bakery for a tasting with some vague ideas and a pinterest board and they worked some magic. The cakes were not only beautiful but were SO delicious! We also had a taco bar and snack boards catered by them and everything turned out perfect. The only "negative" was that we had so much leftover, so you shouldn't need to worry about not having enough!

We used Grandough Bakery to cater our wedding and for the cakes. The cakes were incredible! We met with them at the bakery for a tasting with some vague ideas and a pinterest board and they worked some magic. The cakes were not only beautiful but were SO delicious! If it weren't personal I would not put something here Jennifer And Justin may have a good business However personally of a history Can't be fully trusted it stems from abuse And some lies Jennifer told as one of my witnesses heard everything from Jennifer A related thing regarding miscarriages And to family history Jennifer is my cousin however not truly blood related a secret up until now So as for the business for other customers What looks good May not always be So customers just pay attention to details Jennifer told the truth to my witness however later lied a bit If Jennifer runs business the way she is to me Be careful Name of witness goes by Liz One other thing what I wrote is true Not slander...
