Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Luling

Can't order online because the website is broken, so I called. An extremely unprofessional girl answered. I started speaking and she decided to start talking to someone else then told me "hold on maam" did not put me on hold, instead I hear all kinds of noises and someone yelling at someone. She comes back on and I ask the price of the new Detroit pizza. Her response: "ummmm...... Jacob!!!! How much is the Detroit pizza!!? Umm... it is about 14-15 dollars" I say "About? Okay, I just want cheese." Umm... Jacob!!!! Yes, about 14-15 dollars" then she starts talking to someone in the background.

Why is she yelling for Jacob and why is this worker not conversing with the customer, me, on the phone?? Very unprofessional. I will not be ordering my pizza here seeing as their worker can't even properly speak to another person...

Stopped in to get supper. Employees are sitting and laughing. The waitress nodded to us to sit wherever we like—- all the tables and carpet were dirty except for the 2 tables that had customers. We waited to see if she would offer to clean any.. then had to tell her — no tables were clean…???!!! She cleaned one off and wiped it down. Never dried it.. left it wet. Finally I had grab some napkins to dry it off.. NOT one employee cleaned any of the tables during our supper. Very poor management. No one takes pride in their jobs anymore. On a good note, Pizza was good and fresh. however upon exiting at the cash register. Noticed not one person wore gloves while handling food prep? Disappointed in the whole...

This group of individuals who took my online order on the evening of January the 12th 2016 were so amazing. They went above and beyond their duties of simply baking & delivering the order to my loved ones... I'm located out of town. I placed this online order them called to verify. While speaking to the employee (female) over the phone, I mentioned it being a special order for a special little girl. My niece's birthday! The team took it upon themselves to spell out "Happy Birthday" on her brownies treat & said "HAPPY BIRTHDAY!" upon delivery. My niece (8) was so excited. I got a call right away from her full of joy!
