To the owner!!! Terrible customer service. If you make Yvette the big one in the afternoon, do anything extra or do any kind of work she gets mad and starts to cuss at you. Especially if she has her boyfriend sitting there. I have 3 different times of her getting mad and being rude. First time she put the wrong veggies on an online order and when we wanted to get it corrected she refused to help. 2nd time we order cookies WAY in advance so she could have time to make cookies she moght not have. We get there and she says shes all out and none in the back and even of she did have em she wouldnt bake em because thats not what she does. That I would need to come back the next day. EVERYONE AT SUBWAY BAKES. Now yet again this lazy slob gets upset cause we ordered toasted and of course she didnt toast em so we say excuse me the sandwiches are supposed to be toasted. We ask her to toast em and says she can't cause it already has veggies. So we say thats fine just remake it or remove em. She just stares at us and lets out a huge sigh. So we tell her theres no need to be rude about it. Have in mind there is no one even in the store. She then says. "You know what your the ones being rude y'all are the same people who complain ed and gave my manager a hard time so you know what here's your refund I'm not makong these sandwhiches" she then proceeded to give a cash refund on a cc order. Another no no. I'm telling whoever checks these as long as its not the gm cause she does nothing. Yvette needs to be fired. Read moreI never imagined I’d be writing this kind of review, but unfortunately, I’ve been unfairly banned from this Subway, and I feel compelled to share my experience. I’ve been a loyal customer for years, moving to Luling just a few years ago. I go to this location to support the local business instead of Loves, which is actually closer to my home. However, today I was informed that I was no longer welcome—without a clear explanation. This was shocking and disappointing, as I have always conducted myself respectfully while dining. Only complaining where my sandwich was incorrectly made. (Which was quite often unfortunately.) I believe this ban was issued based on a misunderstanding, and despite my attempts to request a fair review, I’ve yet to receive a proper response. I understand that restaurants have policies in place, but customers deserve transparency and due process, especially when no wrongdoing has occurred. I genuinely enjoyed this location and I would have loved the chance to resolve this issue amicably. However, given the lack of communication and fairness in handling this matter, I can’t recommend this establishment to others who value respect and customer service. If you’ve had a similar experience, I encourage you to speak up, maybe if enough people speak out something will change, everyone deserves fair treatment. Read moreI went in for supper tonight and ordered 2 sandwiches, and 1 drink and the cost was $ 26.76. Girl told me that I was able to get a free cookies but she’s said they were all out. It’s was 7:42 in the evening and never should you be out. Takes 20 min to keep them cookies baked and out for sale. I had a tea, bare min came out and had to mix with unsweetened and lemonade to get a full glass.. They never have soup but the container is still in the hot stove. I love soup and sandwiches vs chips. I don’t get it, no one was instore and now you can’t even see the meats because of the big metal lid that is under the glass. Presentation is a must for sandwich shops. For 26$ I could have went to one of the burger or chicken places in town for less money.
