Ming Moon II — Restaurant in Lumberton

This is that "iconic" american Chinese resturnat. They make all the main stream Chinese food most Americans grew up on and they do it well. I have eaten at one other Chinese restuarant in town (Lumberton NC) and was not impressed. I was not looking for 5 star food but it lacked when even compared to mainstream Chinese food. Ming Moon II did not. I was very happy with my order and continue to eat there.

If you like General Tso's, Sweet & Sour, Crab Rangoon and other similar mainstream food you will not be diasappointed.

I always get take out, so I have not eaten in house to rate their service. The front staff is always polite to me. I will continue to order and eat from Ming Moon II as my go to mainstream...

Today Friday Feb 9th 2024. Called in and Ordered my food at 2:25pm for the lunch special. I show up my order wasn’t even taken down at all. Front desk lady thought I was a walk in. She decides to take my order again and that my food wasn’t ready and to wait 2 min. For them to make another one. Not eating food cooked in 2 min. They didn’t even try to fix the situation at all. I order at least 2-3 times or more a week. Terrible customer service...

First I was hesitant about trying this place because I'm from the deeeep south and I've tried other Chinese restaurants outside of Florida and none of them suited my taste but tonight I took a chance on this place I ordered my favorite HONEY CHICKEN WINGS PLAIN FRIED RICE WITH EGGS N BAAABBBY !!! it was worth it the food was hot fresh and good needless to say I was very satisfied ...THE SPRING ROLLS HERE ARE...
