Yummy Buffet — Restaurant in Lumberton

I have gone there many times they food was average but it was close to the house. But I had three different experiences where one of my family member s and once my self got real sick throwing up or upset stomach. Then on more than one occasion when I picked food up the owner was arguing with a customer about little to nothing, then I ordered again today but forgot to take the mushrooms off well my wife can't stand mushrooms so she called up there a minute later and asked to not put them in it. We'll the owner went arguing with my wife and then started cussing saying she wouldn't remake it it was already made, I mean going off for no reason even the hired helped said they were having a bad day. So I called back up there myself offering to buy the first dish and a second one she refused and I asked about just making me more and I would pay for it. She started screaming at me and told me to never order there again. Well I'm old schools and a little hot headed so I drove up there and gave her the what , but that is totally uncalled for and I should file verbal assault on her. But when I went up there I went into the kitchen, and so roaches running around and nasty greasy conditions. I'm glad she ran me off, if I would have known the condition of the kitchen I would have never gone back which I recommend to everyone do not go its nasty and if you change your .ind or dispute something the owner will talk crazy to you terrible service...

Sooo First time here! I was sat and was told where silverware was, I was not asked what I wanted to drink. Soo I saw the soda machine, and I got my own Dr. Pepper, then got my food. The owner came out while I was eating and asked what I was drinking because my class was almost gone. Mind you I still haven't seen my server. Then as I'm f8 ishibg my soup a lady appears and just drops the chrck off doesn't say anything, doesn't ask if I'd like a refill just drops check off. So I crab my cup and go to refill it. And the same non talking lady tells me with an attitude to just leave my cup. It's been 15 min still haven't got my drink and I've asked to speak to the manager, and yet nothing. The lady has been talking to the hostess loudly boyt me, and when I said I can hear her she said she didn't care.. Woooow and this is customer service here. The pictures are of 2 un cleaned tables next to me that Jace been that way since I was sat at 1pm it is now almost 2pm. The server has been by to collect her tips off the table but...

The buffet was bad the food was not fresh and was cold. I literally took ONE bite of the rice. The chicken was hard and cold. So I told them I wanted to order off of the menu instead so it would be fresh and hot. I don't know if it was the owner or the manager that came to the table and asked what the problem was so I told her that I wanted to order off of the menu instead because it wasn't fresh and it was cold. Who wants to pay for old food when you are eating out at a restaurant? Not me. She proceeded to tell me I had to pay for the buffet before I could order off the menu! She could clearly see that the plate of food was literally untouched! I told her no ma'am I am not paying for something I did not eat. So she starts screaming and hollering to me from across the resturaunt like an unprofessional outraged lunatic with more than a few customers now looking at her in complete shock. Needless to say I did not order off the menu and she did not get my money for the horrible buffet she...
