Our first time trying Presto tonight and we were BLOWN AWAY. My husband and I both got gyro dinner plates and I swear it was better than some of the authentic Greek restaurants we've been to! The pita was so fresh and the gyro meat was spot on. The tzatziki was unbelievably good. Overall a very good gyro, one of the best we've had anywhere. The fries were also super good and I don't know the secret of their cole slaw but my husband and I are hooked! We are already talking about when we're going to order again. Also, the woman who answered the phone was very friendly and pleasant. Delivery was estimated to be 45 min and we had it within 20 min of placing the order. Excellent experience!...

I have eaten here many time, usually pretty good food, but there are two things that are really sub par that I have had. Extremely bland pasta sauce with over cooked pasta. The main one that keeps me from ordering subs from them; they think a Italian Sub has bologna on it. It does not, American subs have bologna. I am not sure if this issue is related to one or more poorly trained and confused worker(s), but I have worked in a few sub shops in different states, Italian Subs do NOT have bologna on them. The should also default to either a oil, vinegar, pepper and salt, or for the lazy, Italian dressing. (Oh in this case I have had 1 Italian out of the last 5 that was made...

I called and placed an order for delivery. Gave cc info to the call taker who was actually very nice
Got a call back 10 mins later from a Male who tells me they copied the card wrong. Pretty rude with his demeanor, Gave it again and hung up. Got a call back 1to mins later by same male rude abrasive guy this time. Tells me the wrong number when he confirms the card number. So I ask why it's so difficult? He starts yelling at me and tells me to come down their and he will "Show me".
