Mr. Food at 12th Street — Restaurant in Lynchburg

I’ve eaten here multiple times always had a great experience except for tonight that evil woman working in the kitchen talks way too loud offending customers I ordered over the phone ask for extra cheese I even repeated my order So I came to pick it up and when I checked my food before pulling off, there was no extra cheese so I went back inside and asked for extra cheese. The angry woman working in the kitchen (Who I believe to be the owner), decided to yell at the cashier that if I want extra cheese, I better be paying for it and that’s not how they do things and I already put four pieces of cheese, which she wants 12 pieces of cheese on there… and whatever else she had to say it’s very unprofessional to speak like that to our customers can’t hear you we will not be...

It's the best little convenience store in the hill city hands down.its the hill city at its finest..its the home feeling you should feel at any store close to ur home..the staff is great ..the inventory is plentiful and the prices are the best you can expect from a "CONVENIENCE" store keep in mind...but all in all the staff the prices the selection oh and I almost for got the fried chicken...hell yes the best fried chicken in the hood of all hoods..I say that lightly cause it's on the border of the hood and downtown but its minus the gangsters and theft and robberies and watch the front door u gota pull otw out not push. Dont push cause ur guna snack or face that's y no robberys..just check out the store and its clean cheap kitchen and enjoy ur visit at my favorite store...

We ordered food for doordash to deliver we ordered (2) 12 inch Philly steak and cheese subs (2) order's of wedges and (2) can drinks and 3 chicken legs when delivered we received 2 6 inch subs 2 order's of fries and 1 drink when we called and finally got an answer and not a voice mail they told me to call doordash and hung up on me and I called them back and man told me there was nothing he could do and I needed to email doordash so really food ain't right and it's doordash's fault the food ain't rightwe will never go back to them for anything nor will we recommend them...
