The food here is decent overall, but definitely hit-or-miss. The calamari was underwhelming, and the French fries were very mid, greasy, soggy, and honestly “not worth the calories.” The blooming onion appetizer, however, was solid. The Reuben sandwich fell into the “okay, not great” categor, being edible but nothing memorable. The seafood Alfredo with shrimp was the standout of our meal—good flavor, though not the best version I’ve had by any means. Overall, I’d call the experience average, leaning toward good. Nothing was truly bad, and I’d consider stopping again if I was passing through and wanted a reliable place to eat. Service matched the food, it was adequate but not exceptional. Our waitress was friendly and helpful once we were seated, but when we first arrived, no one greeted us until we went up to the counter ourselves. On the positive side, the restrooms were clean, the dining area is very clean and has an accessible layout, parking was easy, and I have to ask—is that a real Bob’s Big Boy statue out front? If def adds a lil quirk to the place.

I’m a seasonal visitor to Lyndonville. Was eager to try Estella’s as I’m a hard core Pizza Man fan and wanted to try something new. I had the grilled shrimp and my fiancé had the steak tips. They were decent. Good portions. The onion rings are amazing. His mashed potatoes didn’t taste like real potatoes (instant?) and my shrimp was watery like they had just been thawed? But the service was spectacular. The ambience is nice. Beautiful lighting fixtures but brighter than I’d like dinner to be especially around the bar area. It had a very diner like feel and would be great for families but not first dates. I’d return for take out as the menu is loaded with many options. Reasonably priced. Great bar selection. Has something for everyone.

This is by far one of the best places we’ve eaten at for our trip! Simple easy fares and all sorts of choices for everyone. We had the hi-boy burger and bacon burger. Both were amazing! Burgers came out on point and made to order! The fries and onion rings were just as exceptional! Not at all greasy, light batter. Perfect! Service was good. Our server was very attentive and friendly.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Estella’s Bar and Grill, and I must say, their breakfast offerings left me thoroughly satisfied. The combination of delectable food and prompt service made for a delightful morning experience. However, I couldn't help but feel a tad confused upon entering the restaurant, as the seating protocol was not entirely clear.

Let's start with the highlight of my visit - the breakfast food. The menu at Estella’s boasts a wide variety of options, catering to all taste preferences. From classic favorites like fluffy pancakes and crispy bacon, there was something to please every palate. I opted for their pancakes, and it was a true delight. The portion sizes were generous, ensuring that no one left the table hungry. Overall, the breakfast food at Estella’s receives top marks.

Moving on to the service, I was pleasantly surprised by the promptness and attentiveness of the staff. The waitstaff was friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to assist. My food arrived promptly.

However, I must address the slight confusion I encountered upon entering the restaurant. The lack of clear instructions regarding seating left me momentarily unsure of what to do. It would be helpful if the restaurant had a host or hostess stationed near the entrance to guide guests to their tables, or even a simple sign saying “Please seat yourself.” While this minor confusion did not significantly impact my overall experience, it is an aspect that could be improved upon.

In conclusion, my visit to Estella’s Bar and Grill was a delightful breakfast experience. The delicious food, prompt service, and friendly staff made for a memorable morning meal. Although the initial confusion regarding seating was a minor hiccup, it did not overshadow the overall positive experience. I would highly recommend Estella’s to anyone seeking a scrumptious breakfast in a...

We took a drive on Saturday to check out lake Willoughby and we were starving by 1 as we headed back. A quick Google search of the area brought us to Estella's Bar and Grill. Super clean inside and the atmosphere was really nice. Bar with tables on one side and full seating on the other. Our server was awesome and she was very knowledgeable about the menu. Started with nachos and wowwwww, they were legit the best we've ever had. Made to order and you could tell. They were excellent so much so we made sure the kitchen staff knew. For lunch I had steak and cheese sandwich in a super soft perfect sub roll. Packed with awesome fresh ingredients. She had the burger and fries. A huge plate of shoestring fries were awesome and the burger cooked exactly how she wanted it. I know reviews can be subjective based on when you go or how busy they get but, I would bet their standards never change. It was roughly 2.5 hour drive home there after exploring further north so we will definitely be back as we hike and kayak a lot and can add this area to our list. We're bummed out because we couldn't remember our servers name but she was really really nice. Thank you Estella's for phenomenal food...

This place was really disappointing. It was super cute, but the rest wasn't great. They were happy to accommodate for allergies, but we ended up waiting for our food for almost an hour. They weren't busy, and all we had ordered was french fries, chicken strips, and a taco salad. Not sure what took so long there.... When it came, the chicken was okay, but the rest was not worth eating. The fries were cold and seemed like old fast food fries that had been sitting there for a couple hours. The veggies were soggy and gross. Obviously frozen veggies that were just reheated. Not worth it.

Apart from the food, the service was not great either. They weren't rude or anything, but they did leave us sitting there for almost an hour without any explanation on what was taking so long. My father in law is pre diabetic and was getting sick. When my mother in law finally asked what was going on, they acted like we were unconvincing them and were pretty annoyed.

In the end, even though they said they could and would cook my food without the milk it usually had, I still got really sick. Just not impressed, and would...
