I would just like to reiterate that this store is a great store that heavily focuses on making sure that the customer is happy and satisfied with the help they receive. This is the reason that customers continuously return for any technical needs that they may have. I will continue to bring my support to Northeast Computer Systems and will continue to refer people to this store. I can’t say enough good things about NEComputer. I’ve been a customer over 20 years and they are unfailingly professional, helpful and fair. More than a few times Josh has gone out of his way to help me figure out a problem or glitch. Their costs are reasonable and I have never felt pressured or hustled into a more expensive option.
