Lyndonville House of Pizza — Restaurant in Lyndon

I was very pleased with the service when we placed our order, the lady at the front desk was very pleasant and friendly. BUT...we (my husband and I and our 1.5 year old son) were sitting at our table waiting for our food that we had ordered and paid for, when, whom we were told was the owner, came out of the kitchen delivering an order to the 1 other customer in the restaurant, started making comments about our son making noises, pleasant happy baby sounds and rolling his eyes over and over. We tried ignoring his comments at the time, but he continued to make them, and then he decided to make comments to us about how there were other customers in the place. Mind you, our child wasn't crying or inconsolable, he was just making baby noises. No other patron had complained, just the owner. If you own a restaurant or business where you deal with people and their families, you probably should understand that children make noise and learn how to handle that. This man may have been having a bad day which happens and we understand thatbut when you work in food service or customer service, you need to manage your attitude a bit better. Just barely got off the phone with these guys. I live right in town. Gave them my address and I was told to explain exactly where this house is. I did. She didn't get it. Apparently they don't have a computer. It's a very easy place to find. After asking for the supervisor I was told that the woman I was talking to is the supervisor. I asked to talk to an owner or manager. She said she owns the place. After a nice little bit of attitude from her telling me she is not going to deliver here I decided that instead of trying to deal with this terrible owner of an establishment I'd rather just order somewhere else. Incredibly rude. I am never ever ever ordering from these people. This was my very first time trying to order as well. I'd just order from hoagies or the pizza man. Or everybuddies diner. Shy away from this place. Best suggestion I have for anyone. Never been treated so...

So disappointed, first called to place an order and the guy on the phone was kind of a smart ass but I still ordered two small ham n cheese subs and a small pepperoni pizza. Was told 15 minutes, got there in 15 minutes not ready but no big deal. Lady behind counter super nice. Got home to discover the subs were not made at all like I asked, the lettuce tastes and looked old. The bread was soggy on both subs. We ended up giving them to our dog. We couldn't even eat it. Then the small pepperoni pizza had maybe 6 or 7 pepperoni on it and taste like it was cooked too long. We had four pieces and threw the rest away. 30.00 down the drain. So very...
