To be honest, they’ve never gotten our order right once in all the years we’ve lived here. One time, my pizza wasn’t even cut, just a whole pizza in a box. If I specify to omit certain veggies from a salad, they will instead add extra. If I pay for extra cheese, there will be less than usual on the pizzas or none at all in the salads. They usually never put the glaze seasoning on the pizza. Yesterday even, I selected on the app for extra butter cheese crust and the crust is bone dry, no buttery residue underneath like there should be. I select each time for the well-done option, and I even type it out separately too, as anything doughy nauseates me. Tonight, once again, they didn’t do my pizza well-done. It’s regular and it’s gooey on the inside. If I get it from any other location, the cheese will literally be light brown and crispy, no doughy texture or taste. Here, there’s nothing different than cooking it regular bake with the stuffed crust. I asked the woman about it at the window and she said if I put well-done on the app, then they probably put it through the oven 1.5 times, and that was that. There was no remediation, or inspecting my pizza to see if it looked well-done to her. She just didn’t care. I just don’t know how a place can get an order wrong literally 100% of the time and it’s not even huge orders. It’s just for my husband and I. This is why we’ve been taking our business to the other local pizza place more and more lately. If Hungry Howies bothers responding to this review to try to pretend they care to look professional, it’s useless because the truth is, the problem is never remediated by this business. If this business wants to make a change and stop getting so many bad reviews, then go in person and monitor the cooks at the store. There’s a new pizza place in town so this business can’t still keep pretending they’re a monopoly and get away with getting everything wrong and not even having understanding employees. What’s most upsetting is that for a lot of people, pizza is a “date night” or a special holiday or birthday party, and when they just get everything wrong, it ruins the whole date night, holiday, party, etc. I am not supposed to eat gluten to begin with, so the extremely rare occasion that I do now, I want my stomach being in ruins for 3 days to be worth it. But now my stomach is in ruins for 3 days for subpar doughy and slimy pizza with no crust seasoning glaze, trying to enjoy a Halloween pizza and movie date night with my husband....

First pickup order was awesome pizza was great service was great everything. Second time mediocre service mediocre pizza but good enough pizza to order again 3.8 stars at this time. Today I order a pickup for the same order o always order double pepperoni. And get there and get it and it’s single pepperoni. Not really a big deal to me but I paid extra for extra pepperoni so I would like my extra pepperoni. Seeing as how I’m in a rush I ask the lady can you just make a note on my account for next time so I can get my extra pepperoni. She says she can make another one or I just gotta deal with it . So I ask for a manager and she does not help either and starts making ugly faces at me like I’m annoying her because they messed up my order. Several times they’ve managed to forget extra sauce, incorrect pizza, cold pizza and entire salads and then when they redeliver said salad on one occasion the salad was missing a few major ingredients to make it a Greek salad when they can easily call and explain they’re out of certain items and see how we’d like to proceed. Management is by far the worst I’ve seen here. All they do is credit back the amount, I don’t need a credit, I need you to get your orders correct, do your job so you can stop wasting my time. I order pizza because it’s convenient when I don’t have time to cook dinner and staying busy between work and projects around the house.
