Terrible. They break food allergy and cross contamination laws here and the owner is a fake! I ordered a breakfast sandwich with no cheese and informed the server of my dairy allergy. The sandwich came with cheese so we asked the server at the window for a new one and reminded them off my allergy. The server brought the same sandwich back seconds later after peeling the cheese off. I asked “is that the same sandwich I have an allergy and cannot just take the cheese off.” The server said “no it’s a new one” however it had pieces of cheese stuck to the bread and sausage inside. I informed the manager who was extremely rude and did not apologize for lying and breaking the laws around food allergies, like the sign says “inform your server if you have a good allergy.” THEN, the owner emails me apologizing and asking for my address to send me a giftcard card. The giftcard never came and I emailed the owner multiple times over 2 months with no answer except a fake “auto reply” to only one of my many emails that had no text. I hope this place gets shut down before they kill some poor person with an allergy or dietary need, they should loose their FDA...

5:45pm 9/13 There is a very big difference between a signature pumpkin spice latte and a regular pumpkin spice latte. I specifically ordered a regular pumpkin spice latte… simple? easy? Nope! I was given a signature pumpkin spice latte. Which has whip cream and cinnamon added which is not in the regular latte. The cashier acted annoyed when I asked for it to be redone. I got a “new” one back… but it was obvious that they just scooped up the whip cream and put a different lid on. There was still whip cream in my latte. It was very lazy energy. The signature latte and the regular latte are also priced differently. I wanted some of my money back for being charged for something I did not ask for. The cashier and his buddy did not handle this kindly. They then aggressively handed me my money saying “it’s just a 30 cent difference” EXCUSE ME IN THIS ECONOMY??? Every cent matters! I ordered a medium coffee colata and a turkey cheddar bacon sandwich. On a croissant (simple). I got a frozen coffee with more ice than coffee which was bland and a cheese sandwhich. Nothing in my sandwich!!! The staff was rude and fighting each other. Too bad i already drove halfway home in traffic to come back and raise hell lol. But that place needs a whole new staff who are trained properly and will act professionally and not sweat at each other on the drive thru speaker!!!! I have kids in the car. This isn't family oriented. Definitely the last time i will come here. But to hear them fight was a little show. Who the heck is their manager and why does he not check these reviews!?!?!
