Rincon Macorisano — Restaurant in Lynn

I went with my family thinking this was a family restaurant the atmosphere looked as it was, the food was okay the bill came out to 200 dollars. My kids are in the teens and had to go use the bathroom as in every restaurant I been to the kids would go. All for some lady one of the waitress with curly hair mind you she wasn’t our waitress to come up to us in front of everyone and tell us we are not supposed to let our big kids go to the bathroom alone that an adult has to go with them. I would understand if the kids were under 12 but my teens are grown enough to go around the corner in the same restaurant to use the bathroom. She made us look like we were bad parents in front of everyone there. She kept saying that only in this restaurant that a grown kid has to be accompanied by an adult. So I came to spend 200 dollars to be embarrassed and now concerned that there’s probably something going on in this restaurant with kids. Who knows if they are taking kids trafficking kids or doing other things to kids in this restaurant since that is how she made it seem because Why would she do that? Anyways, I will not come back to this place and I recommend you stay far away go spend your money somewhere worth it with good customer service and...

The food is ok, but the service is lacking. We went on a Wednesday night. The restaurant was pretty empty. We walked in, and after we waited for the hostess to put her phone down, she brought us inside. A group of 3 waitresses were standing at the bar and none of them seemed interested in seating us but one of them finally did to seat us. After being seated for about 10 minutes, the waitress came to take our order. We ordered some drinks and a couple of plates of food. The food came out quickly, and it was pretty good. We were ready to order another round of drinks, but the waitress never came back to our table to check in to see if there was anything else we would like. After finishing our meals, I had to flag her down to pay the bill. It was at this point that she asked if we wanted another round... but the moment had passed. My family & I went to eat at Rincon Macorisano for the first time yesterday night. The entire staff was so welcoming and very attentive. Our waitress was Lucy she was amazing and made sure we had everything we needed and would come back to check on us despite it being busy. Normally I order in since I have a 2 and 3 year old that like to run around but I decided to give it a try this time around. The whole atmosphere of this restaurant was great! I felt completely comfortable with my kids since it was a bit loud and the music was playing! The food is incredible in my opinion the BEST Dominican food in Lynn.
