I have been a regular customer since that store opened which is about three years ago, and I always choose the High end, regardless the price to satisfy my desire, all with complete gratitude and respect for those who helped me from before. Therefore, I always leave a tip at the jar as a sign of my appreciation. However, this close Business relationship has ended by today and forever, and I’m no longer a customer of this company and this store and for ever. And therefore the following reason; as always I went to do some shopping this evening from the Diem store on Grafton -st in worcester Massachusetts. , So I entered the store through security after they check my ID and verifying my identity he allowed me in, and then I waited until my turn comes and was called. I went to the young lady employee she is a young lady by name Ciara , and the first reaction ,, Was she wasn’t up to the task and the professionalism she should be , first of all she did not even complete her work process a perfectly ,So on the beginning she did not even ask me for my form of ID as commonly known and how is the process and the transaction goes . After I greeting her, I asked her for what My preference, So her response was not to respond or answer my questions. Instead she turned the menu tablet towards me Without even trying to help ,and then she start getting busy with something else and ignoring me , so then I asked her politely and gently to help me a little, or else I want someone else to help me. Meanwhile she did nothing but she took the initiative and exploded in my face and started raising her voice at me, and asking me rudely to leave the building before she calls the police at me and get me arrested ,, and All this embarrassment was front of bunch of people and some of the people I know from before; I asked to speak with the Manager, she refused my request and call the security at me instead.. the building security came and asked me to leave the building without knowing what is the situation is, and that because that person who did all this seen and trouble did not feel comfortable. so I left the building without looking back specially after all this kind of embarrassment and misconduct that and also this type of low quality of a customer service , which is on the reality makes me feel big time of a lack of reassured. And by the way, that wasn’t the first Incident with this in particular individual, but it happened before but it wasn’t to that Extreme and Back then, and even with her massive attitude problem I gave her Then the benefit of the doubt and I forgot about it, and I forgot about her .,But and because that wasn’t her the first time, and the way she was behaving,,start makes me certain that she is working within under the influence, and therefore I demand officials and those in charge, and I also demand the cannabis control commission to conducted sobriety drug test for all workers in this field to avoid any legal action on the future against any...

I absolutely love this place they are honest about the strains n the effects, n how each and every strain appeals to each person differently depending on what they are looking to get from the strain. They test the products and disclose how they felt when they tried it, if they tried it. the woman I had the pleasure of working with was so kind so relatable & so friendly everybody was very friendly they have a wide variety of selection way cheaper than apothica down the street go to apothica get a vape pen just the pen for $60 go to diem get just the pen around $30 that's just an example of the huge price difference not to mention their variety is larger & better products and strains. I would only recommend one thing and that is either delivery or curbside pickup due to the fact that children cannot enter the premises and as a single mother who has to walk there I very rarely get time alone to go walk there and stock up and if I don't make it through until the next time I have time to myself then I'm not getting anything anytime soon which is a huge bummer even if they don't want to do delivery, curbside pickup can work.byou're not on the premises so if u make an online order n pay for it with your credit card or debit card then that should be it. just hand it to you and be off on your way. many single mothers can't go to The dispensary because they have no one to watch their child n at the end of the night after a long day as a single mother it's nice to wind down with an edible or an indica once the baby is asleep and u needa wind down then during the day a nice sativa to help focus and energery with clarity n lack of a foggy mind but still relaxed like calm relaxed not sleepy relaxed n what mother doesn't need that? so that's the only thing I would recommend other than that as long as they stay smiling happy and friendly I'll be there I don't like dealing with people who are miserable at their jobs it makes me feel like an inconvenience but @diem my experience was more than expected. They go above and beyond.they were fun relatable had laughs and her recommendations based off experience was dead on! If I could rate higher I would....

Wow - where to even begin. Diem is the greatest place I have ever stepped foot in.

Coming to Diem and seeing Mike greet me as he opens the door is a truly uplifting feeling. Imagine being in a pitch black tunnel and suddenly seeing a shiny glimmering ray of light in the distance, instantly putting hope into your darkened heart, well that's Mike. As soon as he opens that pale blue door to let me in, the rush and excitement is too hard to contain, I imagine it's how Charlie felt when he won that ticket to the chocolate factory. It's the same feeling I get every time they let me out of the psych ward at Salem hospital. Pure Euphoria. Mike, the greatest gate keeper of greenery to have ever lived.

Anthony, the budtender, is truly a master cannabis connoisseur. He has gotten me through some of my hardest times in life. Every single one of his recommendations has been spot on. When my pet moth, Geraldine, died suddenly in my pocket, Anthony recommended an amazing Indica that comforted me so deeply, I was able to realize that Geraldine the moth was never truly my friend, she was simply after my cashmere sweaters and luxurious decorative pillows. If he hadn't recommended that strain, who knows what kind of mess I would have spiraled into. Most recently, I was getting stalked by 857 disgruntled bees. Upon telling this to Anthony, he immediately recommended a smooth sativa to keep me clear headed and alert while still being able to smoke the giggle bush. Immediately after smoking several joints, I was both violently high yet frighteningly alert, I was able to master the art of jujitsu in miniscule form and effortless defeat each of the bees, one by one, landing precise blows sending them to an instant death. Had I not taken his recommendation, I would undoubtedly be dead by now.

Both Mike and Anthony are amazing. If there was an angry army of rabid squirrels coming at them, I would undoubtedly lay my life on the line for either of them.
