This Dunkin Donuts is brand new I don't even think it's been open eight weeks and I've been there three times and ALL three times they have got my order wrong and two out of the three times they've given me wrong change! I went there to talk to tell them about my wrong orders and they were just arguing with me over my order. I've been getting the same drink for years I think I know what my order is compared to what they r trying to tell me. Very disappointing! that this is a brand-new Dunkin Donuts and they can't even get an order right. Not once not twice but three times they got it wrong. I will NOT be going to this dunkin's anymore even though it is more convenient but it's not worth it. You really need to get it together you just open this business here and you're already failing...

I’m here at least five times a week at this point and am consistently impressed by the speed at which the drive thru line moves. Every so often, there’s a hold up but you can’t plan for everything to go smoothly at all times in any area of life, especially food service. The great thing about this location is that when there is some sort of issue that backs the line up, you can tell the staff is working their hardest to stay quick and correct with their orders. Read moreWent through the drive thru, when I pulled up someone came over the speaker asking if I was using the dunkin app. I replied no then asked for my drink. No one answered so I gave them a few minutes, I heard nothing but silence. I said hello and nothing, gave it a couple more minutes said hello again still nothing. I saw an employee inside so I figured something was wrong with the speaker I pulled up to the window... the employee just turned off all the lights as soon as I got to the window. I didn't know what time they closed obviously it was right when I pulled up which is fine, but someone spoke on the speaker and all the lights were on couldn't they just say "sorry we're closing" instead of wasting my time and leaving me very confused on what...
