Dunkin' — Restaurant in Lyons Township

This DD used to be great! Last time they're getting my Custom. I Used Drive through and ordered a Latte with Almond Milk for me and a Dounut for my 3 year old in the car. Drink took nearly 5mins and when it finally came, I confirmed it was a latte and the server said yes..I started to drive away and tasted the drink, it was a coffee with cream. I know this as this is my morning DD order normally. I went back to the window and explained to them that the order was wrong. Clerk apologized and advised me that the almond milk was frozen. So they knew they could not provide the $6 drink I ordered and tried to get away with serving me a $4 coffee. I asked for a refund on the latte and after a few minutes they came back to advize me they could not process at the window and I had to come into the store. I explained to him I have a 3 year old in the car and it's 20 degrees outside. He then tried to blame me for holding up the drive through line. How is that my fault? Eventually, he called his Manager to get the refund processed at the Window. He passed the refund to me with a receipt but with no apology for the inconvenience caused and with attitude. When I got home, I checked the receipt and noticed the almond milk charge was not refunded and to add insult to injury, the donut order for my daughter was wrong. Horrible food service. These young women talk to you like your bothering them and when i asked for light sugar and cream in my coffe she put triple the amount that i was eating the sugar. The food tastes like it was dropped in a sink of dirty dishes. Have to pass this place for work and been trying it a few times here and there but im done after today.-

For those folks placing online orders and picking up the drive thru just be aware that your donuts and possibly the bread have been visited by a dozen flies I’d walk out low standard how this employee can sell something that themselves won’t eat because the donuts are constantly attack by flies and is not the first time I see this to the employees you need to improve low standards bring risk behaviors which your customers are paying for wages. Don’t go drive thru go inside and see...
