Lucky Dragon — Restaurant in Lyons Township

Tried this place for the first time and ordered a spicy combo platter that comes with soup and salad. When we opened the salad at home, there was a huge dead bug sitting in there. When we called to tell them, the owner said that the salad was free so we can come back and get another one. I explained we didn’t feel comfortable eating the food because our appetite was ruined and refused to compensate us in any way except for a free salad the next time we go back. We will definitely not be going back after she claimed she has no idea how the bug got into the salad, insinuating that we planted it. The girl at the front desk was very understanding however she said “the owner usually wants a picture for proof” making me think this isn’t the first time it’s happened. Go somewhere else for food....

For someone that has been ordering from this location for over a year, extremely disappointed. After receiving my order, I noticed my sushi rolls smashed and completely broken apart. My dumplings were burnt and melted to the plastic container. After speaking to Cindy, the owner, she told me she did not have the time to deal with me. She then continued to tell me not to eat there anymore. When all I wanted was my order to be fixed or reimbursed. My family and I loved this place, but after dealing with Cindy and her poor management skills, I will not be back. If you cannot handle yourself in a professional setting with a management position in this field of work, then you clearly are in the wrong business. Ordered three entrees and crab Rangoon. The entrees were not marked and other than one being chicken we could not tell them apart by taste at all. Mine was supposed to be beef with black bean garlic sauce extra spicy. It was not only not spicy, it had a weird sharp sour after taste that became unbearable. The crab Rangoon had no flavor and were over cooked. Unfortunate because the actual quality of ingredients seemed good.

Let's talk about the driver. He went to two other houses before mine. He called me both times saying he was here then had me give him my address again, only to still pull into a driveway down the street then have an attitude once finally reaching me.

Will not be spending any more money at this...
