Pub 52 — Restaurant in Mackinaw

Initially we had good service, but after we got our first drinks and food the waitress never came back. We even sat all of our baskets and empty cans on the edge of the table. We wanted to stay for drinks, but after 30 minutes we ended up having to go up to the bar to get our check and the bartender was rude about it. The place wasn't even busy and there were 2 bartender/servers there....

We ordered cheeseburgers as on the menus was written “Sunday Special: Cheeseburger”. When paying they were $10 cheeseburgers and when asked why, he said we got regular cheeseburgers and not the Sunday Special ones. Then why would you not say anything knowing that’s the special? You must be very clear when ordering apparently, and it’s very clear we as a family will...

Food is amazing! My go to is the Pub52 grilled cheese. But after hearing staff berate other staff members, my business is not going to be coming back. I can only imagine what they say and the owner allowing it to happen and be okay with it? Just makes me wonder what they will say about a customer behind their back. Think it is time...
