BIGGBY COFFEE — Restaurant in Macomb Township

I can’t say enough good things about this location. I used to be a Starbucks girl and decided to try BIGGBY since they opened a new location near me and never looked back. The very first visit was the best experience and sold me. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the coffee was SO good! I like iced lattes and they have so many good flavors to choose from. I have yet to try one that I don’t like. My husband likes cold brews and has loved all of them he’s tried so far. It has become part of mine and my 4 year olds morning routine to get our coffee and whipped cream and sprinkles cup. I absolutely love this place and I love the people and location.

However, one thing really annoys and they do this at other BiggBy locations.

They hand you the card reader through the window and make you tap it because they want a tip.

I do not want to touch the card reader that thousands of other people have touched.

I also have dropped one out of the window before.

This is one of the only coffee companies that explicitly asks you for tips.

Tim Hortons, Starbucks, and other companies don’t specifically ask you to tip them.

I do tip these people occasionally. however I go there every day and I’m spending eight dollars on a coffee.
