Taco Bell — Restaurant in Macomb Township

The word Horrible doesn't even begin to explain my experience at this Taco Bell. Attendant at drive thru was either inexperienced, or daft. Took 10 minutes to place our order for two people, no special orders, unless you count choosing steak on the power menu burrito instead of ground beef.

Everything in our order, and I mean everything that was supposed to have the cheese melted was ice cold. The shredded cheese was still shredded on the mexi melt ordered. The quesadilla ordered had no cheese on it, and the above mentioned steak power menu burrito had four slimy pieces of lettuce on it and the flour shell was soggy, like it had been sitting. It was literally un- eatable.

Threw out half the order and had to microwave the rest to melt the puny amount of cheese that they had on the quesadilla and mexi melt.

NEVER AGAIN will we go to this Taco Bell! It's disgusting and a total waste of money. The mistakes weren't made because it was busy, we were the only car in the drive through on a Sunday at 6:45pm and it wasn't because they were short staffed, there were literally three people visibly standing in the restaurant. The problem is a lack of management and caring.

I get it, it's Taco Bell, not Mexican Village or El Charro, but I work hard for my money and expect to get the quality of food promised. It seems very dangerous to have a staff employed that doesn't care if they are serving food that is editable or could potentially make people sick.

Shame on the owner if this franchise, you should be more aware of the capability of your staff!

If there was a negative score I could give, I would! Glad our other Taco Bell is still available, it's worth the drive to...

If you are hungry and expect the Taco Bell that has hours stating that indoor dining closes at midnight and the drive thru is open until 1am will serve you.....guess again...at 11:30, all lights were on with 8 cars are in line. There were 2 employee vehicles in the parking lot too....

After waiting 15 min and driving around the building and multipke custoners honking, I finally got a hand signal across the neck of the female working mouthing the words I am closed...

If you advertise u are open until 1am you shouldn't be closed and ignore your customers at 11:30.......

3 of us drove to 23 mile and Schoenherr where the employees are kind and said... "are you kidding me....they told you they are closed ...at 11:45?" And they aren't even supposed to close inside until midnight....it is ridiculous....the employees have no respect....I would have stopped at rhe other 12 Taco Bells on my way home....

If u are hungry....don't trust this location to be open when they say they will be....this is 3 times in 2 weeks they have been closed over an hour early!

And when they are open. It takes forever to get your food.

The bottom line is....if u are hungry and have to work early in the morning......don't waste your time.....just ge TV your food on the way home at a reliable Taco Bell....not one that opens an closes when they want to......I do rechargeable support and yes I'd love to turn my phne off before 8, yet I answer call that ringing at 7:59....Why? Because we stay open until 8 pm....not 6, 7 it 7:59...

An employee here has the nastiest attitude and made me very uncomfortable lol , i've been frequenting this location for years ,always polite, no crazy requests. Last time the weirdo in the drive through immediately sighed and seemed irritated just after telling him the name for my mobile order, when we pulled up he had a creepy smirk and made a passive aggressive joke about an item we ordered a week ago and said "We remember peoples faces who order here consistently" i was completely thrown off guard and weirded out i couldnt even look him in his creepy face, my bf just asked him if hes okay and he closed the window??, this weirdo is always staring us down through the window and giving us dirty looks, i was super uncomfortable and confused, We didnt even want to eat the food after that, seems he hates their regular customers for seemingly no reason, we are always polite i work in food service myself i have never given anyone a hard time so i dont know what his problem is, this dude is messed up in the head im sad i cant eat here anymore bc this loser might do something to my food i love...
