Every time I’ve come here food is WRONG. Last time the ham was rotten, eggs were under cooked. I asked for over medium I got runny over easy and they replaced but it was after I ate the rest.. so no go… next visit, ham. sausage, bacon cold and I mean cold. The plate was warmer. He put the ham on a griddle to get griddle marks on it and then sat of to the side for a while because it was cold not even room temp just cold… hash brown were so over cooked they were black. When I put my fork in them and picked it up all the hash browns were stuck togeather, I never asked for old over cooked beyond well done crispy black hash browns.. this cook or so he says he’s a cook/Chef actually put them on the plate… come on really dude you serve up old hash browns. The only thing done right this time was the eggs. The waitress also agreed the food was looked as I am saying and they reduced the bill but why serve it… the owner has lost his touch to the quality. This place is ran with no trust of their staff, they will not let any staff members run the register. When you know the food is so bad you either don’t serve it, remake the whole plate, or comp the tab yet I paid for 3 eggs and 2 pieces of toast… which is ok but still not worth the cost I tipped the waitress because it isn’t her fault. The owner should be looking at every plate before it is served.. but he is to worried about the register….owner.. I know times are tough but remember customers and loyalty are based on you ability to serve good quality FRESH food. I will no longer come here and nor will I promote monies. I will go to another place that has much better quality. My advise is to make sure you send the plate, you inspect or get a good cook who knows what it should look like...

The waitress was nice enough; however, my full breakfast (eggs, hashbrowns, sausage patties, toast, and biscuits& gravy) was brought out 20 minutes prior to my boyfriend’s singular “chocolate chip” Belgian waffle. The chocolate chips were just put on top of the waffle, not cooked into it. By the time we got his waffle my food was cold and the waitress apologized for the wait but didn’t take the waffle off of our check or anything which I thought was a poor customer service decision. When we received our bill and went to the front to pay it, a man, whom I can only assume is the owner, waddled up to the register while angrily talking to someone on the phone. He took my card and the bill from my hand without even looking at me or speaking to me and it was extremely off-putting. He only stopped for a second during his angry yelling match on the phone to say “thanks very much” and to ask if I wanted a copy of my receipt. My boyfriend and I are never coming back to this place. If it takes them over 30 minutes to make a Belgian waffle then they probably need to hire a new kitchen staff. Food wasn’t...
