5/16/2023 at 4:20pm Worst all around experience. Nobody working front counter, no acknowledgement from anyone working drive thru or in the back. 4:28pm got tired of waiting and ordered on the only working Kiosk. Waited at table until 4:45, went to counter and waited beside customer who had been waiting 10 minutes for someone to take their order. Finally after 7 more minutes drive thru runner came over to help us. 4:58 finally get all of my order. Food quality questionable, fries overcooked and greasy limp, requested fresh and they were not much better. Maybe oil was long overdue filtering, possibly not fried frozen. Big Mac and Quarter patties were dry. Ordered a box of 13 chocolate chip cookies also, received a bag with 4 then 6 minutes later received the remainder in a box, they were very hot and stuck together like hot playdough. Kids meal, overcooked nuggets and greasy limp fries. Very quiet in the back, possibly because all of the cooking timers and quality timers were silenced or disabled. Key indicator of food quality issues above. Manager on duty focused on cooking meat on the grill and oblivious to customer service, speed, food quality and image. Lobby and seating areas needed sweeping and tables were dirty. Drink station had spills and needed stocking. McDonalds is more than welcome to contact me about the poor decision I made to give them my business today. Good sound advice - go someplace else to spend your hard earned money. This McDonald's is part of the problem that is rapidly destroying a once iconic brand. Shame on you McDonald's leadership. Maybe you all should reattend basic and advanced shift management, if McDonald's still teaches it. Its obvious at most stores that it's not anymore. 10/20/2024 - Update.... Not much has changed. Here are the highlights. They forgot the sauce for the kids nuggets, gave my frozen coke to somebody else, took order for 2 cones and never said the machine was not working and never asked if I would like to substitute while I was back up to the counter again waiting for sauce and frozen coke, had to wait for someone else to ask that. Worst of all is everybody behind the counter will look at you but never walk up to ask what you need. Bathroom was NASTY!! Read moreHonesty can't believe anyone else has given this horrible excuse for a fast food business. On avg it take the employees 15mins to prepare my mcchicken on a regular basis. Like really?!? One of the drive thru speakers dont work. One instance waited the usually 15mins for my order and the place was not busy maybe 7 customers stamding around for their food but nothing extreme enough to warrant anything longer to create a McChicken. After the lack of any attempt to notify the customers there is an issue that might be causing our food to take longer than expected, I approached a woman who looked the manger behind the counter, also the same person who was a professional at make eye contact with the room full of waiting customers, in other words she was ignoring everyone&, asked rather frustratingly what in the world is taking so long? She gave me some generic response and said that everyone else is waiting too and I said I know im asking for them as well!
We went to Zaxbys next door which is not a fast food business, got in the drive thru with one less car than McDonalds drive thru & i was able to get my food with in minutes, fried chicken.
Just gonna take a big guess & say the cause of their lack of speed or customer service has nothing to do with the equipment they have but more on the workers. Fire them all & start fresh. Probably be best to get a manager that can lead a...
