Starbucks — Restaurant in Madera

This happened 2-3 years ago. But it seems like my review were never posted. Second and last time here. Happen both times. Drinks were plain, too much ice. Even if I told them in person or my request was light ice, extra sugars, and extra fruit. I paid extra to get the same amount of regular. Bs. The last time i went here. Seeing the 4 workers standing around, talking, and laughing over their earpiece for 5 mins before making my orders. Meanwhile, I am waiting inside for my drinks to be made. An ee lies over the phone and talks behind the customer back. No good. That explains a lot. This is by far the worst starbuck for me. One and only starbuck i don't stop by. This place, at times, you see it's busy only because it's off...

This place is disappointing that they do not exempt person's with medical conditions. The girl offered me a mask, to which I replied that I cannot. I cannot stand outdoors in 100+ degree heat. She informed me that she would help me outside to order on my phone. All I wanted was something cold and refreshing to drink. She violated ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act), which she just put her and the company she works for liable for a lawsuit.

Employees must be made aware of the laws by their supervisors, managers, store owners, district managers, regional managers and corporate offices.

Those with medical conditions are exempt from having to wear a mask if it impacts...

The line was a little long in the drive thru but the didn’t wait didn’t seem too long. The guy that took my order was the same guy at the window an he was very nice he was able to keep taking orders while ii paid for my order an as he handed me my drink without being rude which was nice because ii have gone to other places an as they hand me my order they don’t even look at me or they will shut the window right away before ii have a chance to say thank you or anything. Also my vanilla chai latte was made on point an hit the spot perfectly that day!!! Thanks Starbucks crew an keep up the great service!
