Dunkin' — Restaurant in Madison

This Dunkin was very bad. I wouldn’t recommend. They forgot our “bag of bacon” still charged us for it. I asked for no ice in my matcha latte, but they told me that they must add some ice. I understood their reasoning, but when i got my cup, it was almost completely full of ice, however the drink wasn’t even close to the top. They ripped me off at least an inch of no matcha! Another possible issue was that when we got our food, we checked the bag (we were in the drive through) and notice they didn’t even give us our donut. Luckily we noticed right away, and when we brought it to the workers attention, they quickly played it off, went somewhere and grabbed the donut. If we left not checking the bag, would we have even got the donut. I must add that our order was pretty big so it was hard for us to make sure we had everything, but it shouldn’t be the costumers jobs to make sure the workers...

I visited the Dunkin' Donuts location on 9/22/24 at approximately 9:45AM and encountered a disturbingly rude staff member.

The employee, who took my order, made an error and then proceeded to address me disrespectfully, calling me "dude" and making dismissive noises ("boo"). Her unprofessional demeanor was shocking.

As a customer, I expect basic respect and courtesy. Her behavior was unacceptable and made me feel disvalued.

If she's unhappy with her job, I suggest she consider alternative employment that doesn't involve interacting with people.

I was just there this morning with my 4 year old daughter and ordered a hot coffee. As I was taking my credit card out of my wallet to pay I accidently knocked my very coffee onto my daughters arm. A employee rushed over and picked her up. She ran her behind the counter, took her shirt off and shoved her arm in ice water. It was amazing how quickly they acted and cared about her safety. I would love to contact the owner of the store and tell him/her house amazing their employees are. They are very lucky to have such...
