Tequila's - Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Madison

Very frequent place we go to, went today for lunch my children always order the same thing so we know how our food comes, well today order their food ACP cheese dip on the side. They brought one of my kids cheese dip, I told the server my other kid didn’t get his cheese dip no word he go get a tiny cup of cheese dip I asked him why one kid got the normal cup size we get when asked on the side, no word the woman server comes back with a the same size cup my daughter had. We’ll get the check and notice I was charged for something she said since I asked for extra cheese dip I was charged, I never asked for extra I just asked for what came with his meal they lady cashing the check out said they added my son and daughter cheese dip together. Like why would they do that with two separate meals, they never said that was the case. she’s then going say that’s management wow!!! They never did that before and we go very often. Please place close attention to your checks and I guess now you have to ask crazy questions cause they will do...

If I could leave a 0 star review I would. Me and my friend came in today for Cinco de May and the restaurant was very busy as to be expected on Cinco de mayo. We stood at the hostess stand waiting for service while another couple and young child got seated ahead of us, which was okay. When someone finally came back to the hostess stand to ask how many people were dining the young lady immediately went to the table a couple got up from to clean it for us. While cleaning the table another hostess informed us that the booths were only there for a 6 person party and we couldn’t sit there, while there are multiple couples at booths. Also, no bigger party behind us in line, I would have gladly given it to if that was the case. Needless to say we walked out, they lost the money they could have made from a paying CUSTOMER!! “The longer you’re not taking action the more money...

I LOVE THIS EXPERIENCE!!! I say experience, because it is. Warning, this is not a restaurant or fast food joint, this is a legitimate dining experience that will fill your belly with incredible yummies, and ignite your soul with an infatuation for the culture. The texana margaritas were delicious, the queso bowl (the size of my head) was intoxicating, and the super fajita quesadilla was a loving embrace plated with the presentation of a professional. My only question is when will I be able to come back, and order a new (and equally spiritual) food journey. I recommend that you eat in, because you won't want to miss any part of the gift that is...
