Food sucks me and my husband had backed hadcocked we both didn't eat not even a quarter of the fish. Our waitress told the manager or owner that we didn't like the food as she saw her going back with our plates almost full no body even bother to come to our table. That's why the restaurant was almost empty won't go there ever again not even if they would pay for me to eat there. Well I didn't mentioned about the sangria, yes we didn't like it because of the taste of the cinnamon Wich the manager did came to our table and said she was sorry but couldn't do it without cinnamon Wich we understood and were fine with it she did not offer us a sample of the watermelon sangria 😒 I'm fine with that we ended up having a glass of wine Wich the wine don't remember the name I had but was sparking with fruit taste Wich was good. My reason for one star and my complain was because of the food the manager saw our waitress going back with our plates basically full and she didn't even came to our table asking the reason why, the only time she came to our table was just to tell us about how they couldn't take the cinnamon out of the sangria not several times to try to accommodate us like you said or she said. What an amazinngggg experience we had at Traditions!! My husband and I decided to elope this past weekend, so we reached out to Heidi at Purity Springs Resort to see what she could do—and boy, did she deliver!

Traditions was closed that day, but they opened just for the two of us. We walked in, and the tables were set with white table cloths, music playing quietly in the background. Chris showed us to our table and immediately poured us champagne. Coming from an industry family and having been a server/bartender myself for nearly a decade, there’s no question in my mind that Chris is a veteran server. She didn’t miss a beat. From drinks to our four-course meal, we were never left waiting.

The chef made us one of the best meals I’ve ever had in my entire life. I grew up in an Italian-American household, so I’m very picky with my Italian food 🍝. Not only did I have no complaints, but I haven’t been able to stop talking about how amazing everything tasted. The pasta was perfectly al Dente, the chicken parm was equal parts crispy and juicy. I believe that the chef (I really wish I knew her name!) was the events chef and not the everyday chef, but nevertheless I expect anyone cooking here has been vetted and is talented. Went on a Sunday night there were 4 adults 2 children, I ordered chicken wings as my meal the others order a burger, rueben and fish n chips. When the food was brought out took a bit as it looks as we showed just as they were getting over a big rush, my chickens wings looked as though they had been sitting there for awhile while the meals were being prepared. They were dehydrated and luke warm at most, the server took awhile to come back she seemed overwhelmed I had asked for buffalo sauce hoping to improve them, it was served ice cold. My husbands fish was horrible tasted like frozen fish, medium burger was medium rare. Said thing is no one even asked why I didn't eat or my husband eat only half of the fish.
